The store was beautiful and had exactly what I was looking for. We truly had a great experience at Chanel with our sales associate but everyone in general was kind. Overall, I’m beyond happy my purchase!!

The sales associate served me with the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in my years of shopping for luxury goods. I found two pairs of shoes I liked, and since I had never bought shoes from Chanel before, I gave my sizes based on Hermès and Christian Louboutin. However, the shoes were too small, and the sales associate responded with sarcasm. Anyway, I kept my patience.
Paying is such a quick process, but she was on her phone replying to messages right in front of me. Couldn’t she have waited until I finished paying to respond? This is basic courtesy. It’s incredibly disrespectful. If I had more time, I would have returned everything and asked for a different associate.
Chanel, please hire professional sales associates!
If possible I would give her 0 star! I shouldn’t purchase from her! If she saw the reviews, remember to respect your customer. Don’t judge someone’s ability to afford your products based on their appearance.

This store is absolutely beautifully designed!! The associates are amazing!!
Andrea Redmond gave us the tour of the new store. She was excellent!
We were introduced to the store manager Estella and Maria.
I was excited to hear about the furnishings and history behind decorating the store and why certain pieces were used for decor.
A young man offered us water. Exemplary service and everyone is very nice.
There are exquisite pieces throughout the store.
A side note, some customers were well dressed and others in shorts. Some making big purchases and others a small purchase. This establishment cares about all their customers.

I actually went here a while ago, I was so nervous because I was 17 at the time & I just went to get a few beauty products. They let me in within like a minute of waiting, got my products, super nice lady in the beauty department. Came back again the next day, same nice lady’s, same great customer service!

First off, the new location (since March) is much nicer and larger with separate rooms for people to relax and try on things. Special shout out to Christopher for working with us on picking out the perfect mini backpack for our daughter. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about SA not being nice to customers and that makes me so nervous to visit this location since I’m Asian, but the SA that I met was Sharina, and she is so sweet and very welcoming me!
Not only her but also everyone else, especially the door man is super friendly and smiling all the time. This location makes me feel comfortable to visit and happy to spend my money on!

Okay, so like you, I’ve seen all the terrible reviews, and I was pretty nervous going to this location, but curiosity got the cat, and I wanted to see the new store after all the renovations were finished.
I am pleased to say I had an amazing experience! Kristyn Miller was the best SA I could ask for. She took her time explaining the different pieces, made sure to show me what she thought I’d like, and let me take my absolute precious time trying on any and everything that caught my eye, and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything.
It was a little over an hour before I had decided on my top picks, and even then, at the end, when she went to wrap my items, I spoke with Vanessa, who also showed me excellent service in the interim.
I will say that I did call before I went in without an appointment and could never get anyone to answer, so that was a little frustrating, but overall, once I was there, I had no complaints. It’s a beautiful store, and I’m glad a few SAs are left who treat you respectfully and don’t judge a book by its cover. Thank you, Kristyn and Vanessa! ☺️

As a first-time customer, I was a bit nervous and intimidated when I first walked in to get a surprise birthday gift for my wife. But that quickly changed when Veronica was assigned to help me. She asked me what I was looking for, quickly understood my needs, and suggested different options. She was patient and gave me her honest feedback on potential choices. I was able to buy the perfect gift, and my wife loves it! I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend this store!

Never going back to this place. I bought a $5000 handbag for my wife sometime back for her birthday. While the bag was being boxed up I asked another sales person about the restrooms and he said the nearest restroom was at the Sarbucks outside the store. I know they have resetrooms inside the store, but they did not want me to use it. Will never buy Chenel products again. These days there are many other choices for luxury goods.
