Omar Moore saw me standing in the lobby and asked me if I needed help. It just so happened that I needed a business banker, and he was happy to help. I was happy he helped. Thank you!

This bank branch is awful. They are not interested in working. You drive to Dallas so you can walk into a branch and get some service, they just refer you to the Internet. Customer service is not found at this branch.

I love Chase but all branches are not the same. I was trying to get something notarized at another location and she let me know that the ONE notary was on a conference call and wouldn't be available all day. The assistant manager suggested I go to a bail bond and get it notarized there (but I'd have to pay for that and as a platinum member I don't pay for those services through Chase and when I told her that she stared at me like I had two heads). Fast forward, the teller called this location, spoke with the notary, confirmed that she could do it and was expecting me upon my arrival. The downfall to this location is one ATM so it backs up in the evening and you have to go inside for all transactions (yes, im lazy and don't want to get out of my car, especially on rainy days).

Great customer service as I walked in I was greeted by a banker and every single teller greeted me , came in to make a deposit they were quick and efficient . Definitely recommend this bank to anyone .

I came into the lobby completely frustrated with an issue and was greeted by Mr. Omar Moore I believe was his name. I explained my situation and instead of saying there's nothing they can do he tried to see if there was something he could do. He called customer service and was willing to wait on hold with me. He was nice, calm and didn't treat me like I was wasting his time. In the end he was able to resolve my issue, make my holidays 100x better and made me a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you Mr. Moore!!!

The woman who sits there closest to the entrance is very rude. She refused to notarize my ID despite being told over the phone by a chase representative that I could get it done at the bank.

Racial Profiling at it's finest. I am a nurse, just needed to cash my check after a long shift but was judged straight at the door. The teller told me she had to verify my check, went to the back, came back with the manager who states "I don't have a number on file to verify this check so I can't cash it". Seemed weird to me since I work for a very large company who cuts their checks through Chase. So after I call the corporate office in front of her the manager states " I don't feel comfortable cashing it, you can go to another branch though with that (You can't do anything about it smirk on her face). So I go to another branch and they cash my check without even making a call to anyone to verify. Cashed my check in seconds with no problem. Chase bank definitely hired a racist p**** at this branch and they need to do something about it. Such an inconvenience, I guess the amount of my check and my Main St address attached to this Black face appeared Fraud to this sob.

Excellent service every single time. The tellers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services that they provide. This location is open until 6 pm during the week. There is also a drive up ATM in the parking lot. The first row of parking spaces has reserved parking for Chase Bank customers. The bank is located inside the office building.

Terrible customer service. There is always a line and only one teller available for a very high traffic area. Lots of businesses around here. We have moved our two companies to Texas Security Bank. More accommodating and friendlier staff. Don't use this bank for business!

Chase is a wonderful bank. I'm glad I switched from my other bank to chase. They are ahead of the times and offer more than most banks. Looking forward to a long relationship with them. Thanks for everything

Terrible service!! Waited for an hour while the bank was empty for someone to help me open a business account. Finally left and nobody even noticed. I have been with chase for decades now and this was a truly appalling experience
