Went through drive through atm. Very unhelpful. Told me to come inside if I needed something printed because the computer only works if you go inside the bank. The attendant was not willing to go print from a different computer or offer solutions. Rude in her tone and unwilling to help. This branch has also returned my id and debit card to another lane when using the drive thru service and when I did go in for that, it was a 25 min wait to confirm my id that they lost. There were zero apologies.

Open a business banking account on Saturday, which is awesome for me. There are no appointments on Saturday. Even though we arrived at 9:05 a.m., we waited a long time to be seen. Once Marivel sat us down, we had her undivided attention. She was very thorough and called to follow up the next business day. I just wish it didn't take up so much of my time, which is no one's fault.

Place was empty and they said they could help me around 4 or 5 sounded like an excuse to me I got here at 157 and they only had one client. Ridiculous.

Tried to be added to my wife's account. They wanted us to prove we were married and all these other things I've nevwr had to go through before. Went to a different location and was done in 5 mins. I've been added to my father's and mother's accounts all with no issues. You dont have to be family or even a spouse to share an account. You dont have to live in the same house either.
There is no excuse because multiple other locations do business instantly and without issue.

Mary Vargas excellent customer service and assists in Spanish and also English, I have never really received a bank service like her, she clarifies doubts, helps to understand, makes everything easier and more practical 10/10

As a new business, I decided to give Chase a chance to be my banking provider, but after only 4-6 weeks they managed to already demonstrate that they are not willing or able to conduct business professionally.1. They are not very clear or communicative if an issue has developed, so you will have to drive all communication with them.2. They are very limited on business bankers at the location, so you will have to make an appointment for everything.3. They will close your accounts and not tell you anything, no notice of closure or what they did with your funds.Thanks to these facts, they can mess up the one thing that should work flawlessly for new business, and that's getting paid for your hard work. When your clients have to call you and tell you " hey, I want to pay you, but your bank account came back as no good?" It helps you look really good! ?
