Same problem with the cards i havnt been able to get paid for 7weeks. And whenever we make the trip down there we have to wait 45 min then spend an hour .

If you are in the market for obtaining a home loan Victor Perez is the person to contact! He was extremely helpful and took the time to really make sure we understood everything. He made the process go extremely smooth and made himself available to answer any questions we had every time we called. Thank you Victor for taking care of us and assisting me and my family with this process. I highly recommend him, by far the best home loan adviser. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

I had fallen behind on my account with Chase due to work slowdown. I found another job and started getting back on my feet so went into this branch and explained the situation I was in to Miguel Figueroa and after a few minutes we sat down and I told him I'd need to close the account because of everything I was going through. Next thing I know he "rearranged" a few items and I was able to keep my account here. I can't say enough about how good it felt dealing with a real banker that really cares. Now I'm all set and will remain a client at Chase which for me is great because they are a cut above the rest when it comes to the phone app, and just the way they deal with bad situations when compared to the others out there.

Spoke with a lady named Darlene on the phone. She was not very pleasant or helpful. Said she could not assist me with details because she had two customers in front of her. If she did have two customers in front of her which i hope she didn't, because that's very unprofessional. You never answer a phone when you have a customer in front of you. Either way it is unacceptable and should not be answering phones if that's the quality of customer service she attains.

The lady that helped me with what I needed was absolutely no help. She was very rude and when I asked about what was she was told from the customer service department she refused to tell me. Chase is terrible!!!!

Don’t come to this branch, they don’t give me my $10 back from a check deposit that I gave back to them when they promised that they would.

This atm location is always easy to access and get in and out. However there is only one way out and it forces you to have to go around the block and down the street in order for you to be back at where you started total turn off there is a lot of traffic.

I came to this branch location to report a lost debit card and to request a new one. I had heard that they were able to print new debit cards right then and then. Unfortunately, that was not the case. However, I had the pleasure of being helped by Darlene, who was very courteous and sympathetic. We briefly talked about the greatest team on earth (Dallas Cowboys), and then about more personal things. I had just accepted a new job offer, and so had her daughter. We had both been very blessed! Darlene went above and beyond to make sure I got my new card delivered ASAP. She also thanked me for being a loyal customer. I was extremely satisfied with her excellent customer service, and I will definitely be back to visit Darlene and the rest of the gang at this branch. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Darlene! You have no idea how much that meant to me...

I opened an account with Chase on 8/26/17. My ID has my parents old address so i told the woman to make sure she sends the card to my current address. She said she did & I will receive it by Thursday or Friday. I confirmed with her that it would be going to my home address & she said yes. I haven't received anything so I called customer service & they said that the card was sent to my parents old address & there wasn't any other mailing address in there. I WROTE THE ADDRESS DOWN FOR HER!! I WAS IN THERE FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR. YOU WOULD THINK SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT RIGHT. Now I have to go into the branch again & get a card sent to me expedited. What a horrible experience for a new customer.

Horrible experience here I was constantly lied to just to get me out of the bank I deposited a check for 700$ the broken ATMs outside never gave me a conformation I also went inside the bank to explain what happened and got more of a run around I do not recommend banking here to Anyone such a bad bad experience didn't offer me a credit or anything whenj receive my money I'm switching to Bank of America I can't take this anymore it's been 10 days already
