Went in to notarize something, spoke to teller at 12:25 pm that I needed to get something notarized. They said they would have someone available in 10-15 minutes. Repeatedly reassured me someone would be out any moment. Well, at 1:12 pm (that's 45 minutes later) I was already running late to get back to work and somebody STILL had not come to assist, so I had to leave after losing my entire lunch break to Chase.
That trip was a colossal waste of time and I still wasn't able to get the document notarized. If you don't have somebody available and don't plan on assisting in a timely manner, tell them so they don't lose their opportunity to have someone else help them. The disregard for other people's time is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot fathom how long it would take to do something that's more complicated than notarizing a 2-page document, so perhaps stay away from this branch.

Tellers have terrible time management skills. Two tellers for one customer. At most all they were doing was venting. While I am here with limited time with actual business.

I brought a substantial ck to deposit to Chase bank. I went to Royal /Preston location. Pasquale , the Mgr assured me of his great service. The bank was coming from it was Frost Bank. and ck made from a very reputable law firm . However , they said it will be 17 days hold!!🙄
I called several times customers service telling I am loosing my business if I do not have this $ right away. I was assured I will have it by Mo pm as I deposited Sat morning. They were over 6 reps I talked to them
Tu morning and all put same stupid questions treating me as I was 3 rd great student. I have 3 Masters in business and 40 yrs business and I know how to verify a ck in 5 minutes!! I threatened them I wil close my checking Acct but they wouldn’t care. Finally, Wed morning I called Eric Lee from Chase Bank on Wycliff /Oak Lawn and within 3 hrs, he solved the problem which was in hold for another 10 days!! Thank you Eric! Very prompt and knowledgeable banker!!! However, regrettable to leave him and Chase, another great banker.. but I will withdraw my $ from this bank and moving to another one more respectful and considerate for their clients!! They did nothing for me 4 yrs ago when I asked a financial adviser from there to help me with some investments with the big deposit i brought to them. ! Thank you for nothing!!! It was a dead request!!
Plz all if you unhappy with Chase , consider more respectful bank with compassion and respect to handle our hard earned money!!! God bless ya’ll!!

Very disappointed in Chase bank where I had been a customer for over 40 years yet they unilaterally, without any basis, closed my checking account and all credit cards despite having an excellent credit history. . There was no discussion. I will not recommend Chase Bank to any of my clients or any prospective customers.

Had a substantial credit on my Chase credit card. It took them three times (i.e. myself coming in three different occasions) in order to tell me the solution was to call the number on the back of my card and that they couldn't handle credits or cash advances here. This is why I use Bank Of America, it would have been solved in 2 minutes.Don't use this bank, they are idiots.

I was talked abusively today by Nathaniel Edwards. I only needed to close an account and now I have to go elsewhere because I do not appreciate being mansplained by some white abuser in a suit. If you are anything but white or cis or straight please avoid this branch. You don’t need to experiment this trauma. I’ll have to see my therapist about this one unfortunately…. Not a safe place.

I just spoke with a business banker at Oaklawn Wycliff at Dallas branch. I called regarding my business and personal account. I have never encountered a banker this Unwilling to help. Repeatedly as if he was harassing me not wanting to help. Requested for the managers name. He just said manager is off today and declined to give the name of the branch in charge. I was denied an appointment with the manager. My previous banker who was amazing left the organization . It’s pathetic to know this is how bankers treat public these days.

Waiter over an hour for someone to help me with fraudulent checks being stolen on our business account. Still waiting and leaving to go to the branch in West Village.
The AC doesn’t work here either. Place is covered in dust.
