My mom stood in line for 30 mins just to get denied from the teller “there was no time” to count and deposit my mom coins!! She only let my mom withdraw money from her account but “there was no time for her to count the rolls of coins” my mom took!! There was plenty of time, the coins were in the rolls they were not going to count coin by coin. Teller & another co-worker laughed at my mom… I’ll be back shortly with her name & I will be filing a complaintCash box #07 Diana is her name

Worst Chase Branch I have ever been to and wish I read the other reviews. Woefully understaffed and the staff that is here isn't flexible to adjust based on lines and demand and demonstrating need for better management.

I would rather drive an hour across town than go to this chase bank location. Even if it’s just to stop at the ATM, terrible place. Don’t bother. It’s never worth it. And I live one block from this location.

The team here is amazing I have been having troubles that brought .e to tears and the moment I walked in this branch they all jumped right on my problem to get it fixed David was head in and very confident to get the job done even though I don't bank with chase anymore I loved the service here and made me want to come back not all banks and bank tellers are the professional and willing to help as they where

My wife and I are long-time chase customers. We like the bank, but this particular location is terrible. My wife scheduled an appointment to change her name on the account, but the guy was "out to lunch" during the scheduled appointment time, made her wait 30 minutes, and then immediately turned her away- saying she didn't have the right documents (she had the documents listed on the website). They were rude and unhelpful, and I advise any chase customer to avoid this location.

Worst banks ever . Banks are closed and people at the banks are not helpful and not willing to help. Lady was rude at the window. I drove around to seven chase banks 0 stars.

My boyfriend and I were so happy to pick this chase branch. We had a large situation on our hands that no other branch that we went to took it seriously and made sure we were fully taken care of. Jessica Balbaoa thank you for listening and understanding our situation we’re beyond happy we ran into you thank you for making sure this situation was taken care of. It was an overall very helpful branch!

Set up 3 business accounts with them online (branch was closed because of Covid). Sent all my docs, proof of business/entity and started business operations.Received a notice that Chase needed my signature, and those same docs once again. Scheduled appointment with a personal banker, whom said he needed to scan my docs in and I was good to go in 24 hrs.The account was closed 2 days later. No payroll payments, no payroll taxes paid, no deposits accepted, nothing.Called corporate to see what was going on. The personal banker never sent my documents in for review. I emailed them to him once again, after speaking with him over the phone with his acknowledgment that he received them. Once again, he did not send them in.I have fees from the IRS for late payroll taxes, compensation that was delayed weeks because the deposits were nowhere to be found, and employees who went 2 weeks without being paid because payroll was not being distributed.Not only does the branch operate horribly, a corporate rep called to try to help resolve my issue stating they would compensate me for the fees and she would email me the paperwork to get that done. That email has never been received - and I get their emails.Don't do business with Chase - same yourself some headaches and find a local bank to do business with.

This branch is terrible and I have had a couple bad experiences. If it was not in my neighbor I wouldn't go here. In the future I will make sure to travel to another location to get things taken care of. First I opening a business checking account and the rep refused to open a business savings account for me. I really couldn't understand why but she gave me some garbage that was retarded. I went to another branch about 2 months later and they gladly opened the account. Next issue I went to cash a check and the teller called the manager. I'm the POA on a family members account they wanted me to bring the family member in. I told them thats the whole reason I'm POA on the account so I can act on behalf of the family member. This information have been on record for years now. The kept having me to wait over and over again for about 30 minutes. Finally the tell says okay I will cash the check. The young man started to count out the money from behind the window and finally asked me for my identification now for the third time. No problem I gave it back to him. I singed a form for the amount and after all this time he tells me he cannot cash the check only deposit it. I tell him to call his manager over again. She comes over again and explains that I can only deposit the check since the family member isn't present. I asked here when did the policies change and she tells me that's procedure, but however it wasn't procedure on the main times I visited this branch before. This branch have the worst customer service skills. I really feel they discriminate again me every time I visit this branch there is always a issue its like they make up their rules as they go for certain people.I asked them could I purchase a cashiers check and make it out to my contractor so he can cash it so I could pay him for his services. They told me now they could not do that. Omg just terrible, plz do not waste your time going there....
