Chase holds crazy holds on checks even when the other back has already cleared the check and sent the funds. I'm moving all my accounts to a Credit Union. I have also had Chase put a hold on a Money Order for a week. This is all just so they can make money on it and it's not fair to the clients.

I was helped by Jordan Hughes. This man was endearing, kind, courteous, listened to me before he spoke, and treated me with the respect which he got back from me deservingly. A true blessing to this company. This man deserves the best pay, the most time off, the best insurance plan, and to be treated with kindness wherever he goes. Thank you for this wonderful service today!

Worst banking experience yet. I already don’t like chase to begin with, especially as a small business, but this branch has outdone itself. There aren’t bankers available to help you and my account was blocked for fraud and they were too incompetent to unblock it. The girl at the counter was SUPER helpful and she was the only person probably keeping this location together. Truly appreciate her and her patience and kindness, but the shorter woman who was supposed to help was lazy and didn’t want to assist. Going to another branch is worth the drive.

I have been with Chase over 20 years (yes before they were Chase and they were Washington Mutual).. I have 6 accounts with them, started an account with them for my kids.. I visited this location TWICE today (March 7, 2022), once around 12:20 pm and again @ 2:30 pm… One person was wearing a name tag (Ben), so I had to ask for names or just figure out who I was speaking with… I was trying to remove my name from my daughter’s high school checking account… I was told by Abin (misspelled I’m sure) (a teller), who confirmed with Michael, that this could be done and comeback at 2:30 pm cause I needed an appointment, and he was setting one with a banker named Dax… I agreed and received a confirmation email for an appointment with Dax on March 7, 2022 @ 2:30 pm… I returned to this same location @ 2:30 pm on March 7, 2022 because I had an appointment… After 30 minutes a female banker (maybe a supervisor) noticed I was sitting there in the lobby and asked if I had been helped… I replied no and explained I had an appointment with Dax at 2:30.. She asked if my appointment was at 2, and I replied no, it was at 2:30… She asked me to wait and went to speak with Dax.. I overheard Dax saying the computer system overbooked him and he has a 2 o’clock that just arrived (it’s 3 pm)… The female explained a few times to Dax that I had been waiting so they needed to try and help me… The female came back and asked what I was needing and I explained I just needed to remove my name from an account… Dax came and asked the exact same thing and stated they would help me cause of good customer service (lol)… Dax and the female went back and forth for a few trying to figure out who could help me cause Dax continued to state he had this appointment that was for 2 pm… Dax leads me to the window and tells Michael (the same teller Abin confirmed with earlier) that this can be done at the window I just needed to remove my name from the account… I proceed with Michael (give him my driver’s license and bank card; although, he only asked for my driver’s license)… After confirming with Ben (another teller), Michael (same teller Abin confined with earlier) stated my daughter would have to close the account and that would remove me… I said I wish I had known that earlier before returning and having my groceries in the car… I stated I needed to change the address because my daughter doesn’t live with me.. I wrote down the new address, and Michael said he changed the address to what I wanted.. I said to Michael I wish I was told this earlier when I was here.. Michael said have a good day.. I couldn’t believe it… I left the counter, came back and stood in line.. This time I got the window Ben was helping a female teller at.. I asked Ben did I need to be with my daughter and he said no.. He too had to confirm with Michael about that… I said thanks to them and said thanks Michael… Michael never looked up to acknowledge me or anything… Chase get it together.. I spoke with a rep at the 800 number a month ago who stated all I needed was my bank card/identification and I could remove my name from my daughter’s account… Another branch stated the same thing and set up an appointment for me, but the weather permitted us from going through with that appointment… This was my first and last encounter with this branch location at 4512 Lemmon Ave…

The people here are always very nice. The only thing I would improve is the access to the branch ATM in between the two sets of opening doors (the vestibule). This is the only ATM that issues $100 bills when the branch is closed. Previously the outer set of double doors was never locked when the branch was closed so you could access this ATM when the two drive through ATMs were backed up. A few months ago they started locking the outer doors. This makes no logical sense to me as I have been using this ATM for probably five or six years. It makes accessing Chase services after business hours significantly less convenient. I also personally don't like having five $20 bills if I need $100. Additionally I feel safer getting my money at the ATM in the vestibule because you can only access entry with your Chase card and I can see everything around me. As far as the folks complaining about overdraft fees -- manage your money well and you won't have to pay fees. The fee is high to train you to manage your money better. I paid a whole lot of fees when I was young until I learned to be on top of my money every single day. The bank is not responsible for training you to handle you personal finances. You can also set up your debit card to NOT accept transactions when you don't have funds and then you will not get a fee because the transactions will be declined.

Waited in the branch 40 minutes before anyone talked to us, then told us we had to make an appointment 2 days later. Just trying to add someone to an account and you can't do it anywhere else but a branch.
