A family friend went to open an account and requested for someone who speaks Spanish the lady said she could open an account for because there’s no one who speaks Spanish there. My friend requested I come in since I speak English. The lady said there’s no one available to open the account even with someone who speak English. They said we need to make an appointment online. If you have not seen discrimination and racism please take a minute and go to this chase bank. Dress casual and simple and see for yourself.

I went there on 6/8/24 to open a bank account and the experience was amazing. The banker Celine De Perlinghi was nothing but amazing. She was helpful, explained everything perfectly and made the entire process real smooth. Highly appreciated.

When walking in and needing help with account, telling someone to "just go do that on the app" is not a solution when you have specific questions you want to ask.

One ATM machine and it’s broke almost every month. Put one in the lobby genius and replace the one outside in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous and shows lack of customer service.

Just went there today around 4:15 VP David G. assisted us and refused to notarize by son’s document. He said bec my son does not have an account with Chase. My son has a debit card on his name but still under me. He refused. My son is on the spectrum. He can’t have his own account bec of his disorder. This VP of this bank refused to serve my special kid. I have been with chase 10 years and this is the first time a staff refused to serve me and my family. Worst customer service.
