One ATM machine and it’s broke almost every month. Put one in the lobby genius and replace the one outside in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous and shows lack of customer service.

Just went there today around 4:15 VP David G. assisted us and refused to notarize by son’s document. He said bec my son does not have an account with Chase. My son has a debit card on his name but still under me. He refused. My son is on the spectrum. He can’t have his own account bec of his disorder. This VP of this bank refused to serve my special kid. I have been with chase 10 years and this is the first time a staff refused to serve me and my family. Worst customer service.

This branch doesn't care about its clients. The tellers are rude and don't answer phones. I made an appointment a week prior and tried to call to confirm but they did not answer. When I got to the branch they told me the banker I was supposed to work with was not there and they didn't have information to cancel the appointment. Wasted a huge portion of my Saturday on their lack of communication and customer service

My grandmother is 90 years old, has a broken hip and my wife and I must do her banking for her. After our experience today I will not consider using chase bank for my personal use, business use, nor will my wife, and my grandmother may mover her two large accounts.My wife came to this location to cash a check for my grandmother which had never been an issue before but was today. After explaining the situation to the manager, my wife was still refused service and met with rudeness and incompetent staff.My grandmother called customer service to find out the check could be cashed. However she'd have to write four separate checks, and get charged $8 per cashed check.Chase neither cares about customer service, customers not potential customers.I'll take my business to a bank that actually shows me they want my business.

One thing I love is great customer service! I had a small but inconvenient issue that I needed help with and the new manager was nothing but amazing. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but handled it so quickly and with such an amazing attitude. I left happy and satisfied with my choice to bank at Chase. Thanks for having such amazing employees!

I typically shy away from this branch as I've had some not so great experiences there. But my most recent experience with their new manager was nothing short of amazing. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and absolutely adorable! Nothing but glowing remarks to her and her helpful staff.

Probably the best banking experience I have ever had. Super friendly staff! The bankers and management were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked how they helped me open the right business account for my needs. Any questions I had were answered (and I asked a lot lol) This is my new favorite location now ?
