I had a very bad experience with the staff who helped me, very racist, and the saddest thing is that she is a Hispanic woman named Jariana, something like that, and the other person was an African-American woman, that person started yelling at me very, despotically, racist just because I am a Hispanic person, they also preach religions, because they put a cross on my envelope, they have no respect for each person's religion, it is very sad that there are such racist people in a Bank.

The concept of customer service is unknown here. In a recent visit I overheard one customer ask for help dealing with her online account and another call in for help to finish an online loan application. Neither complaint could be resolved, even after a call to the IP department. Meanwhile, the bank officer tasked with helping me close my deceased mother’s bank account had to be walked through the process step by step by her boss and still could not get it done. Five weeks after my first visit the money still had not been transferred, but no one reached out to me. I had to call the bank to find out that the officer did not do the process correctly.
Four visits later, after literally starting over as if I had never been in the bank, I finally had a certified check, after showing my ID to the officer, then walking 10 steps from the officer to the teller, who asked me to show 2 forms of ID to her. It’s hard to imagine that the process could have been made any more inconvenient. It seems to me that Chase was more interested in delaying paying out my mom’s funds by making the process to get the money released as difficult as possible. I will not be doing business here again.

Jose Torres Banker helped me get through the process quick and easy. He helped me to open an account as a student and explained all the policies in easy manner. Good to have some one like him on the other side.

Came into this location 9/31. Having a really rough time mentally & Atm was not working outside & had to walk in making my frustration worse . The guy inside who I didn't get to catch his name was extremely helpful & Kind .I walked out with tears because you guys have no idea what the person could be dealing with and just a kind gesture makes their day. Thank you .

I'm a mom with a toddler, I came to use the atm at 5:15 pm with tap on my phone, the bank had closed at 5, the bank manager Nathaniel was walking out and helped me figure out where to scan even though it was after hours and 2 associates were really sweet and helpful as well. Amazing customer service and super thoughtful and helpful! Recommend this branch 10/10

I love Chase Bank but this is truly the worst branch that I’ve ever experienced. I called to see if they had notary services and asked if I needed an appointment. I was told they had 3 notaries and to come in any time. I arrived at 1:50 in the afternoon and was told that THE notary was at lunch and I would need to wait 20 minutes. The tellers were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Go to the branch at Preston and Royal. I will never go to that one again!

Very disappointed with what transpired with this branch. Showed up to handle banking during regular business hours, checked Google which verified they were open prior to going. Showed up to everything closed and a "closed" sign on the door despite the fact the bank was supposed to be open. No walk-in ATM access for a circumstance such as this, the one ATM outside is drive up and does not have choices of bills to distribute which would make indoor ATM access ideal. Another Chase nearby is listed as temporarily closed so I hope this one gets it act together. Not sure how long I can remain with them if they are not reliable.

This WAS a good bank. Currently they are grossly understaffed. They do not accept walk in customers, they say make an appointment. When you attempt to call they do not answer the phone. There is no way to even leave a message. It is truly horrible!

Can we trust a bank that won't answer their phone, has no voicemail and supports a system that hangs up on customers? Absurd attitude towards customer valuation and retention.

Came in to open another business account. Repeatedly walked past and ignored. People came in after me and were assisted by the personal bankers without appointment. Was eventually instructed that they weren't interested in assisting today. They wouldn't answer their phones either. Acted very low class. I am available for hire as a consultant to fix your process issues.
