I have a business account with chase and walked in to get some help, they kept tossing me from a person to another and then they said no one is available to help you.

I drive on to drive true to cash a check and these lady were taking so long and asking me if the drivers license were a work permit or id she keeps denying me arguing she were preventing fraud, I told her that’s not the way to do it, they send me a text code give them and tell me was not correct, keeps denying me , they send me another code and after almost half hr they cash my check , make people loos their tamper wen is so easy to prevent fraud by asking for account number or bank card hiss! Bad crevice at these bank

Middle of a Saturday doors are closed and 2 atms do not work. Do yourself a favor and choose a better bank.

Stepped in to cash a check and resolve a charge on my account. They have absolutely no AC & have wires hanging from the ceiling. Teller (Isaac) cashed my check without asking me for the denominations and immediately walked away. Attempted to ask a question to a banker about a charge on my account and was told the teller who helped me earlier would help me if I sat down and waited. Waited for half an hour with no AC only for the same teller (Isaac) to tell me he couldn’t help me and I’d have to call a number. After asking if I could speak to a Banker or Supervisor he rudely told me they would tell me the same information and walked away. Today I stepped into another branch and they were able to resolved my issue and call chase’s fraud department for me. This location has poor service and the teller could use some training and a better attitude.

I visited this location June 6, 2024! My experience has always been great at this location Isaac is always very welcoming and polite! My brother and I were helped by Tahira Nasreen and her customer service is excellent! She helped us achieve our goals! Thank you for your service ? I highly recommend this location ❤️

Worst branch ever, did a deposit and got the wrong amount on the despot slip. Went back to complain and instead of hearing me out, they automatically put me at fault, minutes later after the till was verified they corrected their mistake but still stated it was my fault. Worst customer service ever. Why be there if you hate your job.

This branch is THE WORST. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. When you finally get through the lambrynth of the IVR system, and finally get it to ring to someone THEY HANG UP ON YOU WITHOUT A WORD!!! This has happned NUMEROUS times to me. I'm going to the nicer Chase banks in the nicer areas, the people here are so ghetto.

This is the worst Chase bank location! ATMs are always malfunctioning or down and the customer service here is disgraceful.
