Tremendously slow service for no good reason. Just reminded me the zootopia sloth office. They also do not know what they are doing. Everyone needs someone to explain them everything.

The drive-thru ATM lanes at this location are ridiculously narrow! There are so many scuff marks on the poles from vehicles trying to navigate through these tiny spaces. If you're driving anything besides a compact vehicle, BEWARE!

I had a similar experience with this bank location in particular not being able to get checks cashed i banked with them in the past never again.

Really one of the worst chases in dallas— Abigail the teller was a stick in the mud and really not accommodating at all. Cody was a jerk!! I do not recommend.

Nicholas Mueller was amazing.I recently had an exceptional experience being assisted at my local bank. The Nicholas Mueller was not only knowledgeable and resourceful, but it also went above and beyond in helping me correct any issues I had. It provided prompt and accurate answers to my questions. Its friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and less intimidating. Overall, I highly recommend him for anyone seeking banking assistance.

I opened an account with them in December using my $225 coupon if I activated direct deposit, when I opened my account they did not apply the coupon and put my phone number wrong. I called 5 times and they still haven't given me the coupon, they tell me that they can't give it to me because when I opened my account they didn't put it in, it's easy to attract clients with false promises and not give them what they say because of their own supposed mistakes.

They NEVER answer their phone.Threw away my drivers license because I didn’t pick it up within two days. Yes, it was my fault that I left it there, but in the voice message they left me they did not tell me that nor is there a sign to letcustomers know.
