Really one of the worst chases in dallas— Abigail the teller was a stick in the mud and really not accommodating at all. Cody was a jerk!! I do not recommend.

Nicholas Mueller was amazing.I recently had an exceptional experience being assisted at my local bank. The Nicholas Mueller was not only knowledgeable and resourceful, but it also went above and beyond in helping me correct any issues I had. It provided prompt and accurate answers to my questions. Its friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and less intimidating. Overall, I highly recommend him for anyone seeking banking assistance.

I opened an account with them in December using my $225 coupon if I activated direct deposit, when I opened my account they did not apply the coupon and put my phone number wrong. I called 5 times and they still haven't given me the coupon, they tell me that they can't give it to me because when I opened my account they didn't put it in, it's easy to attract clients with false promises and not give them what they say because of their own supposed mistakes.

They NEVER answer their phone.Threw away my drivers license because I didn’t pick it up within two days. Yes, it was my fault that I left it there, but in the voice message they left me they did not tell me that nor is there a sign to letcustomers know.

Unfortunately, I have to bank here for my job. Every single time I come here, I have to wait at least 20 minutes. MINIMUM.. even if I’m the only one in the drive through. Unprofessional tellers.. zero customer service.

Do not go to this Chase Bank because they like making excuses on mistakes that they make. It is not worth going in there and making mess ups on your transactions and the more they mess up. They try to explain to you about the mistakes that they made or either mistakes or they are about to make. So do not go to this Chase Bank on Greenville and Southwest. Go to another branch before you make a mistake and putting your money in there

Went to get a paper notarized and the lady who was trying to help would not notarize because paper did not said to notarize it. She would not even consider it notarize it. When asked what she meant by it, she did not understand and did not had any explanation besides that it did not say “notarize me”.I have had many papers notarized including my ID etc.. never heard of that before.

I met with a banker name Joel. He helped me set up my business bank account. He was so friendly and very helpful! He is now a friend of mine.

Soooo BAD. Worst bank experience I have ever had. I went to make a payment on my account and the teller said she had no idea how to do it??? Her manager was close to her and did not even come over to help her? The teller also had no clue to ask someone how to do the payment? It was acceptable to them to not help the customer with a simple payment. I went to another Chase a few miles away and was in and out in less than 5 min. They knew exactly what to do. I'm about to change banks soon. I was not surpised to see this branch rating is 2.5 which is very bad. They deserve worse.

These comments speak volumes! If I could give it 0 stars I would, by me giving it A star at all is generous ?. Where do I began well, the Branch Manager is a ACT, me being generous again. The LAO , is Lost by far. I do not recommend working here at all. I was an intern here for about 2 months and it felt like a circus ?. My heart goes out the customers who bank here.??
