On 6/21/25 went to the LBJ/Abrams branch. Kudos to employee Gina Smith for the excellent customer service she provided. She was very professional, answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Chase Bank
I had the worst banking experience ever at your branch today. I visited to complete a wire transfer and was initially asked to sit and wait. While waiting, I noticed that customers from the line were being helped continuously, while I was being ignored.
After a while, I approached the counter again and stood in line, thinking that would be the only way to be served. When I questioned the process, I was told that once the first customer was done, I’d be helped next. That clearly didn’t happen.
When I asked for clarification, one of the tellers spoke to me in a harsh tone, asking, “Do you want the wire transfer today or not?”—which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I agreed to proceed, and the transaction was handled by a teller named Sasha Brewer.
After completing the wire transfer, I left for an important meeting. On the way home—20 minutes away—I received a call saying I had been given the bank copy instead of the customer copy. I had to return all the way back to the branch, causing more inconvenience. To make matters worse, not a single apology was offered for this mistake.
This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and entirely avoidable. I expect better from a financial institution like Chase. Please look into this matter and take appropriate steps to improve customer service at this branch.

Don’t not do commercial banking or large transactions at this location. Supervisors take break at the same time so if your transaction needs an override you must wait until a supervisor returns with no wait time given or drive to another location.

I had a tedious experience with 3 different Chase locations but Faviola at the chase off of 635 before Abrams. She is so amazing and helpful. I appreciate bankers like her, and she should train others. Thank you so so much for all your kind assistance.

The Manager Maria Went against chase policy by denying giving me the funds I asked for through my withdraw form even though I had my government state I.d because I didn’t want to fix my debit card issue first while she already had 2 people to help before she would even get to me or I would have to set an appointment. I didn’t have time to wait so she said she couldn’t go any further with giving me my funds until we fix that issue even though I had my state I.d which was a complete lie because the next branch I went to were able to withdrawal my money out my account with no issues and and every chase customer support over the phone have all said the same thing that she had no right to deny giving me my money regardless of what ever debit card issue I needed to fix if I had my state I.d present . Will never go back to this bank again because of this because I don’t trust any chase branch staff who has a manager who told a complete a lie denied me my funds even though I had proper identification to receive my funds all because she wanted me to fix an issue so she thought denying me my funds and manipulating the situation as if me not fixing this issue will affect me being able to withdrawing money will make me fix the issue when she wanted me too. That was against chase policy and selfish and unprofessional as a bank manager to deny me my funds even with proper identification shown because I didn’t want to handle a debit card issue when she wanted me to . Worst chase branch I ever delt with the staff is all snobby and rude a

Had an issue pulling money out of my account, and needed to go in to fix the issue. They wouldn't let me because I didn't have enough identification. I had a license, three credit cards, health insurance, and my social security card. They wouldn't let me take money out of my account. As soon as I get home and grab my wallet I will be closing all by accounts because of the poor experience I just had. Imagine not letting me take my money out of my own account? What a joke of an institution. You've just lost a lifetime customer.
