This is the worst bank in Dallas. Won’t honor appointments and have lazy bank managers who won’t help you open accounts when you walk in to do business with them. I am taking my business to another bank after this terrible interaction. Bank managers are busy talking amongst themselves and are too busy to help people out.

Jonathan the manager refused to help us because it was above him to help after we had a scheduled appointment because our banker that was supposed to help us wasn’t there - his words - I can help but next week … I need help TODAY which is why I booked the appointment for TODAY… ?

DO NOT TAKE CASH IN OR OUT OF THIS BANK! THERE ARE PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE WHO WILL FOLLOW YOU AND ROB YOU. EITHER SOMEONE INSIDE IS IN ON IT OR IT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE IN A HORRIBLE PART OF TOWN. IVE KNOWN 5 PEOPLE NOW THAT IT'S HAPPEND TO.

Dont go here ever. It's in a bad part of town and has people waiting in cars watching for people to come out with money so they can follow them home and rob them.

This bank location is a joke. The employees are racist and treat Hispanic people horribly. They really do, just see a Hispanic person and immediately assume you’re broke. How crazy is that?! They talk to you like you’re an idiot. Complained to the manager who is also a joke, talking about “im so sorry”. Didn’t even get my name for the complaint, he said he would just “memorize” it. ?Find another location, or a different bank, point blank. One who actually cares for the customer and not just judge based off your appearance.

Very bad experience, we had to be attended to by a very bad-looking Mrs. Gabriela and she only attended to us because she had another appointment and reluctantly. The good thing is that we decided to leave.
