Been with Chase actually Bank One .. for 30 years just left Chase on Illinois worst customer service ever trying to get a paper notarize. Guy overlooked me and my wife for 10 minutes. Help everyone one else who came until we brought it to his attention his body/face language gave off profile off top. Had us to sit in his office while he go help other people of his race. Then came back in negative energy with saying what he can’t do before even looking into what we need done. Never asked for our bank card .. then proceeded to say he notarized our paperwork because my DL has a suffix Jr and the mailing address does not …😡

Went in and out " without a problem". There was a smiling face to greet me, even security was very nice and helpful. Drive thru was slow but that's not the banks fault. Most people think it's quicker. It is If your NOT in a HURRY.

They have two ATMs and one of them is always out of service!! We always have to wait in long lines!

Very impressive branch that at least 3 staff are at the lobby greeting and offering service or information. More impressive is that for the past 4x in two years that I needed assistance, Jonathan Saavedra is always there to help. Talk about keeping employees happy to serve.
