Nathaniel! He was very professional and helpful , he helped me getting started with a checking and savings account! He made the steps very easy !! I do not regret banking with chase. Yeah sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with them but they can’t be on the phone and attending someone! Nathaniel was amazing! Chase is lucky!!!

The adjusted hours are posted right on the front door 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. I pull in at 4:53pm on a Friday (like I do every week after work) and they have all doors locked and are ignoring customers in the drive thru. LAZY and DISRESPECTFUL customer service.

I reported my debit card lost and ordered a replacement. I cancelled my old card in case someone finds it and tries to use it. They never sent me a replacement even a week after I ordered it. Please note that I had my credentials in my DART GoPass app , which I use to get to and from work. I also have them on my Uber, which I only use in emergencies. But with my old card gone, my transportation apps are unactive. I'm still waiting for my new card. I went in last week to inquire about my replacement card and why it never made its way to me. They reordered my card and gave me "3 to 5 business days" for the card. Many days later, still no card. In the meantime I had to use CASH to commute to and fron work. But now I ran out of cash and have no way to get more because chase is CLOSED! I walked all the way to the chase to withdraw cash with my ID...But it's closed...and it will stay closed all day tomorow. I have to work tomorow and it takes me an hour to walk to work. Not that it bothers me or that it's too much. It's just that I get out of work at almost 11PM. I can't be walking outside that late and arrive home at midnight. I've been walking to and from work since then and now i'm on the verge of developing foot problems. I can only take the bus when I have exact cash. And right now I have NO cash. I'm just going to have to call my boss and cancel my work day for both today and tomorow. That's lost money. P.S.- I got a note yesterday from UPS stating I missed a pickup twice. It turns out chase has been sending my new card through UPS, and not through the regular mailbox like they're supposed to. I've lost my card before and replacements come through the mailbox, not the UPS. I'm rarely ever available to pick up UPS deliveries, since i'm outside of home most of the time. It is a huge inconvenience that they are using UPS. They should be using the regular mailbox, so I can pick up my card whenever I can. As I write this complaint i'm sitting here at nearby Wendy's, wishing I can at least buy myself a small hamburger. I will have to report this poor business practice. Who shalt I call for that?

Had an appointment and waited an hour past time. People coming in got helped before me. When I asked why, they said they did not know and to keep waiting. I left.

Lines are too long to see an agent (usually greater than hour). Takes too long to complete a simple transaction. (open acct). Agents are not familiar with the process to look up the procedure for complex transactions and promise to "get back with you", which they fail to follow through on. Agents try to push their other services on you.

Slowest branch and workers. With no one in line it took 3 different tellers to process a simple withdrawal under $1,000. Then they kept stalling and refused to return my debit card and drivers license so I can make the withdrawal with the atm instead. After arguing for 10 minutes explaining how it would be quicker for them to do it, they finally sent back my cards with my withdrawal. Do not go here if you're expecting quick service or professionalism.
