Absolutely ridiculous experience and waste of time.Opened a new business checking and savings account on 9/11/23. Deposited 6.7k in person that same day.Deposited 11.8k the next day in person.Today, 9/14, the account is apparently being restricted so no one, including me, can access the funds and I’m being told the account will likely be shut down. My money? Tied up until chase says so apparently. Projects, bills, everything held up because of this. The banker that helped, Sylvia, has not responded to emails or phone calls.BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE. FOREGO CHASE ALTOGETHER IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Wonderful banker, Iris, helped me to learn how to look for and read items in my banking history after a friend dissuaded me from falling for an internet scam. Got the new account after closing the old one. Great example of a well trained, personable lady who likes her job, radiating it as customers are helped by her.??

I felt discriminated against for being an immigrant. The lady refused to open an account using my passport, visa and SSN. I immediately drove to another bank and they opened the account as all my documents are valid and my status in the country is completely legal. I felt very humiliated and will never return to this bank.

In person service at Chase is amazing, but it's 2022 and most people use online banking. That said, dealing with Chase over the phone or online is about as bad as it gets. Call transfer after transfer, no one is ever able to provide info or any help, and they WILL make it seem like you the customer did something wrong. Don't recommend.

I have been with Chase Bank dice It! Became Chase in Tx. Today I saw two customers treated poorly due to inefficient and ineffective business procedures. The staff have to endure criticism of these procedures. I simply wanted to deposit an insurance check made out to chase and me. I've done this before, but not today. The bank has to get approval and is requesting I return to the bank in 48 hours. Fortunately, I have a car , can drive, and do not have to miss work. Most importantly, I do not need the money in the next 48 hours. The other person simply wanted to make a payment for his Mother and I could not make sense why it was impossible for the bank to process. The elderly man was inconvenienced and upset. They told him to come back in 24 hours. Are we in the 21st century at Chase? It does not feel like we are

The app is so convenient but unfortunately I couldn't do something so I had to go in the actual lobby and had the worst experience. The lady at the front was the only good person at the bank

We drive an extra 5 mins to come to this location because the the level of customer service we receive here. Evelyn is kind, quick, helpful and courteous. We prefer this location over the St.Francis / RL Thornton any day.

I am heavily invested in the Chase experience and the Casa Linda branch is almost within sight of my house. The greatly convenient drive-thru is now closed, so I have to enter the bank to make deposits or else open services I don't want. Although the people and the facility are very nice, the inconvenience of having to go inside is a pain. And, recently, I walked up to the front door to find they were closed during business hours, apparently for some sidewalk repair or whatever. I simply want a low tech, person to person experience for making my deposits. This branch fails to meet my desires.

In 2019 I went to this location to get a cashier's check, met a guy who said he would be my banker and to call him any time I needed anything. I've since called 2x because of a problem and emailed him once and never got a response. I now have a problem with Chase not depositing a check because they've decided my signature is not acceptable even though I've been signing checks like this for 10+ years. As usual, I call the 800 # and that's always a debacle with a constant recording telling me to "use the app", language difficulties and disconnected. As much as it's a hassle to change banks, I'm ready. High minimum balance requirement and no service at all.

You will be surprised in what you find in rolls. Once I found a silver dime in a roll of dimes, a Canadian dime in a separate roll of dimes, and a bicentennial penny in another roll of dimes. I also found a silver Kennedy half dollar here as well. This is without a doubt one of my favorite chase banks. I remember I met a nice old lady who showed me all the collectable Native American dollar coins. The people that work here are really nice.

Truly awful customer service. I was forwarded to their toll-free customer service phone line for support after I set up a personal appointment with this branch. Go bank somewhere else.

Seldom do I post anything but seems I feel the need about Chase Bank in Casa Linda. It's convenient and that's great but if a better alternative were available, the switch would be made today. Often their incoming line is never answered. It's not unusual to get an "all circuits are busy" response as well. Equally frustrating. Okay, let's try e mail. Guess what, no response this way either. I guess one must be a Chase Private Client to get attention there. Please Chase Bank, adopt our East Dallas spirit and care....is that too much to ask? There's much lacking in your service model and your customers are worth it! Please make some positive changes.

I take reviews very seriously when good or bad and when bad may still give a shot, especially in a branch situation like this. This is a BRIGHT LIGHT of stellar 5 star response. I visited the Casa Linda branch and banker Marina Garcia. She had not ever opened a Federal Fiduciary account as I needed to. With an initial hour long appointment that ran over by 15 minutes, Marina rather got up to speed, referred a question to legal, got the answer and opened the account. Checks needed a special line to refer to me as the fiduciary to permit direct deposit required by VA. It did not fit the lines available in her system to order. Next day after I emailed my discovery, she called to try again. When I felt it still would not work and planned to order from a third party, we ended the call but in the background she called the check company and they could manually produce the required information. 7 (2 BONUS) STARS FOR MS. GARCIA.
