I’m sure the staff is nice but how is this bank brand new and the ATM doesn’t work. I don’t live in Dallas but I come here every other month and still doesn’t work. This branch isn’t reliable.

My experience at this bank was one of the best thanks to Wendy Limon. She gave me the best experience ever, gave me comfort to be able to ask any questions I had, she gave best advice and she explain everything very well for me to understand. She algo had the most positive attitude and is very outgoing. This branch was very well clean and organized! Would go again just to have the best experience with Wendy again.

I walked in today with a special situation, and was helped by Alicia and then Ben at the teller desk. Both were very kind and helpful. Everyone they spoke to before and after me were also very happy campers. Highly recommend the service and staff at this location.

Came in at 4:57 they had the security gate closed and there was two reps or workers just looking at me from the inside. If they close at five I would assume it’s 5 right?

Terrible, the ATM never accepts deposits or gives you withdrawals, what's the point of having an ATM near your house if it's never going to work and having to spend time and gas looking for another one that either works or doesn't. ??♀️??♀️
