BEWARE/THEY STEAL!!!! I just had the worst experience there! I sent my son to prepay $45 inside the gas station because the credit card machine wasn’t working. My car got full at $41.86 and the lady employee (Black lady with dreads and a heavy accent) refused to give me my son the remaining change or put it back on my card! She told my 18-year-old son that that’s not how it worked, once you pre-pay that’s what you have to use… If not, you lose it! I then went in to get my refund, but the lady did the same thing with me! I was literally breaking it down to her as to how and why she owes me money, even the customers were telling her that she was wrong and she owed me money and she just didn’t budge and stated that the reason she can’t return that money is because I had to pay the Credit card company and that’s what the money would go to! There was literally another customer yelling at her telling her that she was wrong , he even said go ahead and give me my change so I can give this young lady her money back that you stole! Lol I told the man thank you and that it wasn’t about the money, It was literally about me showing my son what’s right what’s wrong and that she could keep that money but she IS WRONG! He was thinking the lady was right and that he was wrong!… he stated that he didn’t know it worked like that and I told him that it doesn’t work like that!If you didn’t use all the gas money you paid for, you get your money back! Everyone, beware! There is a reason why the credit card machine does not work outside!

The woman who works the weekday night shifts is extremely useless. Every time I ask for something, she looks like I'm hassling her. Maybe she has a bad day every time I come, maybe shes frustrated that I come in the middle of the night, I don't know. I was talking to my friend and she hit the window to get my attention. She refused to give me a gallon of water as well. Hope you're reading this, Mila.Edit: Once you get to know Mila, she’s actually a wonderful lady. She just has to deal with crazy people at all hours of the night.

The woman who runs the night shift is rude and refuses to do her job. The gas station sign says “open” late at night, and the door is open. Yet any time I try and go in to buy food, she says “we’re closed”. She’s lazy and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Went for gas before work at 7:00 am. The gas pumps were turned off and no one was working inside.

The thing about this location is that it's employee ran from what I've seen. The spanish guy in the mornings and the african guy in the evening can be very accommodating. The african lady with the wig is all over the place. She close the store for hours, sleep and is rude as heck. How in the world is she in customer service? Just my two cents...

If you go into a Chevron gas station and they have a little eat place in there the person behind the counter if he has no mask on he has no gloves on and he have to pull his pants up all the other people working in the kitchen have no mask on and they have to pull their pants up you may want to think twice about eating from them see I didn't do that and I got diarrhea don't be a fool like me

Shady!! Once dropped my wallet, near the entrance of the building, containing every piece of my ID, including green card and Canadian ID, US social security card, driver’s license etc. I asked the cashier if anyone had turned in my wallet. She claimed no one did but then motioned to me that she’d put my wallet ‘right up here’ if anyone turns it in. Have no doubt this cashier had knowledge of where my wallet was. Extremely poor customer service as well. The staff treat you like they’re doing you a favor if they serve you. Very unfriendly employees.

They have stickers over the gas pump prices. I ended up putting “Plus” gas in my BMW because I thought it was the mid grade gas and cheaper than the “Supreme”... which it usually is always less expensive than supreme. I bent down to get a look under the sticker and the plus gas was way more expensive!! Why are you covering up your gas prices on the pumps? That’s so sketchy.
