I just visited this locationI recently downloaded the app and it beyond frustrating to me how each location trying to give me different instructions on how to use it !Good Grief !I want to scan my app first and then order as I was instructed to do by one of your locations!This location this young girl told me you can't do that! She said you have to order first then scan !I said why ?I said I'm going to scan first !Good Grief !I only ordered three items and once I was couldn't follow her instructions she could not pay attention!I ordered a bottle water said it twice and she had to ask me again what kind of water. Good GriefI will try not to come back here !No need to be rude to me at the counter telling me I can't scan the app ! Good Grief !The Mac n cheese was not good at all !My water will be fineMy frosted Diet Lemonade was fantastic but I gave one star as I did not enjoy any part of this experience at all as much as I enjoyed leaving !You need to work on consistency regarding the mobile app! And train. Train. Train your team !

Ordered the 8 ct nuggets with half/half sweetened/unsweetened tea. He didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces, and I didn't get my receipt, so I wasn't able to add my receipt for points. I just assumed the receipt was in the bag, like always.

My soup was half opened and spilled over myself, my chicken and fries were also cold. This was all within a span of 10 min of picking up my food. Would not recommend as you can find any other chickfila that would care more about their customer.

I’ve never had a problem with any Chick-fil-A, but this one is by far the worst. The Hispanic lady who took my order was very rude and got it wrong. I went there for the first time yesterday, and the gentleman who took my order wasn’t the nicest, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Today, I went there for breakfast and had a horrible experience. Not only was the Hispanic woman who took my order rude, but she fought me when I told her my order was wrong. I am usually never one to complain or write reviews, but this was unacceptable. When we went to look at our order, we drove all the way home and opened the bag to see that we were missing a sandwich. I’m really disappointed in this location and will not be coming back. Usually Chick Fil A never gets orders wrong and their employees are very nice!
