I think there are multiple locations in the DFW airport so this is for the one in Terminal E. Just pass on this place. I love chick-fil-a and it's always a safe choice because it's never been a disappointment... until now. We had some time to kill before our flight so we made the walk down to the far end of the terminal for breakfast. Food came out a bit cold, but more importantly, the chicken in our biscuits were almost nugget sized. When I first opened the wrapper, I thought they had just given me a biscuit. I normally wouldn't go out of my way to tell people to avoid a fast food place, but in this situation you just need to know this is not going to be the typically consistent and reliably good experience that is associated with the brand.

Food is great, I didn't get what I ordered and the lady that took my order clearly read it back to me the way I said it. I don't write bad reviews but I want to for this because the cashier was kinda rude. He started out "ok Paige?" And kept going on reading the order and I was shaking my head no, like "Amanda?" And I started telling my order and he sighs, looks at me like for real and he was like " thats what I was saying" and was short with me the rest of the time. Like I said I don't usually do this, especially with chickfila but the dude gave me an uncool vibe and he got my order wrong. Don't know if it was him or the girl on the speaker but to get this from anybody from chickfila is a little disappointing. And I'm hungry after getting food at chickfila and that never happens

This location is a disgrace to the superior Chick-fil-A brand image. I recommend the franchisee lose their privileges as an owner. Total disaster however food quality was good. To start, I waited 15 minutes for my food. They were out of ketchup and napkins. My order was not correct even though I double verified with the expediter. To top it all off, no one can hear the employees because they all have masks on. The airport no longer requires mask so why does this location? Every guest in line was complaining. Pretty pathetic overall. Do us all a favor and close the doors.

I ate at this location between layovers in Dallas on June 16th. I have some mixed feelings. To start, Chick-Fil-A takes so long every time I go. It's like they have to select which anti-gay organization to donate to and then personally take my money to said organization in between taking my order and giving me my 12 Ct. nuggets. Next, I always feel guilty after I eat here because I support gay marriage and consuming food on Sundays. That being said, the chicken with honey drizzled over the top is just too good. I rate this Chick-Fil-A 3(Three) Stars because I am so torn between the fabulous meal and the devastating feeling of supporting the downfall of girls kissing each other in public.

Usually Chick - fil -A could be a decent choice while you are in the airport, more like a safer option. This location inside Dallas airport is pretty bad. Kinda far, very long lines, slow moving, dirty, crowded, bad customer service, shall I continue? We were very annoyed with the quality and the treatment we got. Also, there's no seating area so that's pretty bad to drag your food to your gate while carrying a suitcase. Not ideal! Skip it!

We love the taste and the chicken they have. After an early morning flight from The Eastern time zone we were glad to see this location near where we were getting our connecting flight. Not usually going here for breakfast, we have never had their minis. Yes they are small but they are very good. Not inly the chicken but also the roll

Normally Chick-fil-a is my go to for great fast food and the loyalty app program. This branch refuses to allow you to redeem rewards on the app. It wasn't until after a 10 minute wait in line I discovered this and decided to go down to TGI Friday instead to have an adult beverage with my food and just walked away due to the exchange at the register.

This location is in Dallas Airport, Terminal C. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, lemonade ($9). If I held this location up to my expectations of every other fast food chain, it'd be 5 stars. Against other Chick-fil-A locations...3/5. Employees are a bit rude. There wasn't a single "my pleasure" to be heard. Fries were soggy, not crisp. Chicken sandwich was lukewarm. They're also so busy that going back for anything (like a drink refill or ketchup) requires a short wait. There were dirty tables and full trash bins. Food did come out super fast tho, a real plus in an airport!

I never thought I'd see the day. A Chick-fil-A with rude staff? A Chick-fil-A that refuses to give you nuggets? This place is an epic fail. And that's coming from someone who loves those tasty little bites of chicken. They even seemed to use the smallest pieces of meat they could for the two meals they did actually provide

I really like this location. I come here almost every time I'm at the airport. The line is always long but they are super quick at taking orders and delivering food. I've never waited more than 3 min for my food and drink. My favorites are the 12 piece nuggets, the spicy chicken sandwich, the Greek yogurt parfait with granola and the lemonade.

We love the restaurant, JUST NOT THIS LOCATION ON FM79 next to Culvers. The drive thru employees were half paying attention to what was going on, didnt look like they knew what rhey were doing there. Very distracted looking. We got scooted out of the drive thru lane into the right lane which directed us to the Exit. We didnt get our food that way so we went into the restaurant with our receipt. One employee was gracious by handing us two free free dessert tickets and forgot to hand us our large coke with the meal. We didn't get our drink. As we drove off, discovered our spicy chicken patty was sliced off so it literally was half of a thin patty. Only takes one shot for a good first impression. Wont be going back to this particular location. True Story!

I just stopped in for breakfast at 8am. They only have chicken biscuits as apparently they are out of eggs. I know we are suffering many shortages right now, but eggs aren't one of them. They now have the dinning area roped off so there is no seating. If you've ever been to C terminal you know it's always packed. So, you have to find somewhere to stand and eat your chicken breakfast. All this after standing in line for 20 minutes. Very disappointing. Go to Popeyes. They have eggs and seating.

Great service and super clean. Restaurant is currently only doing to go orders. Loved that you can order from your phone and skip the line. Fast service and the food was fresh and order accurate

Does not offer grilled items, having only temporary menus lazily slapped on the walls. This is not a real CFA and it certainly doesn't meet any remotely CFA standards, and the Operator of this location is a dunce.
