I’ve shopped at Chico’s for many years now. I have noticed the quality of their clothing’s decline especially the use of elastic in panties and pajamas.☹️

Nice place, helpful staff, and they have chairs for men to sit while their significant other tries on clothes.

I love this store- Toni, Rosemary, Lynne and Jacque know your name and always make you feel welcome. They make returns easy and are always so nice!

This is usually the Chico's I shop, but last Friday was not a good experience. As soon as I walked in the door it smelled like cleaning fluid. The sales person that greeted me was friendly but never asked if she could help me or open a dressing room for me because she was too busy catching up with an old friends son. Thankfully the dressing room was open and I quickly tried on 3 outfits. I was underwhelmed with the styles. I realized Chico's is for a woman of a certain age and I certainly meet that criteria, but they need to do better than the same old same old. I quickly left due to the fumes and own my way out saw the spray bottle of cleaner with a rag sitting on a display next to clothing. Come on Chico's you can do better.

Went into Chico's the week of 3/ 16/22. Not ONE sales assistant acknowledged me or offered assistance. I wakes through the entire store. They were not too busy to say we will be right with you. My 2nd experience with that store. I AM Done!

I love to shop at this store. The customer's services is great. They are eager to help you and put your outfit together with multiple pieces from jewelry to scarfs. I which Chicos start selling shoes, because it would become my 1 stop store to shop at.
