for the third time in one month they were out of white rice even though they had some for the to go’s but refused to serve me the white rice. they are unprepared and unprofessional and i have been to chipotle’s all around the country this is by far the worst

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Workers are horrible especially the short chubby female supervisor. Several occasions same issue with her.

Having been to Chipotle more times than I can count, I’m used to the same process but I have to call out one of the line servers who made my meal tonight by the name of Damien.Not only was he someone who clearly made you feel like you were getting your value with your meal, but his charismatic personality honestly made for a different experience going down the line. He answered questions I simply had about different products, made sure my meal wasn’t sloppy or just thrown together, and did everything with a smile.Truthfully, his customer service will have me going out of my way to come to this location in hopes he’s behind the line for a quick interaction.Thank you Damien!

Always a random hit or miss here... usually. For some reason, it's more miss than anything now. I would suggest not to bother online ordering. Example: Last online order was a steak burrito bowl, cept I got a steak burrito bowl soup.I ain't upset, but my day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable. $17.54 for three single servings of steak and nothing else. More places than most would fill the cup, but this is what I got. Guess I'm not coming here again. :(

Love the food but sometimes some employees feel like something is coming out of their pockets I order a veggie bowl and still get one scoop of rice and beans hell that's just about all the ingredients other than the peppers and onions yet the price is nearly the same as if I got meat.

The frontline workers were awfully rude. I visited on 2/1/2024, at 2:50 PM, and a young man with dreadlocks literally yelled at me to 'SPEAK UP,' as if I were his child because he wasn't paying attention to what I was saying and messed my order.I'm not sure if the manager there makes his employees do customer training, but my hard-earned $30 per order will not be spent at your facility again, which is very unfortunate.

Update: went in on a Wednesday night at 9pm, store closes at 10pm. The grill was off and being cleaned. Several ingredient choices were not available (which is not a one off type of situation). The manager thought that was ok. I walked out to go to another restaurant. I just don't get the management of this store. It's definitely not customer focused.Original review:Today was the third time I've walked out of this restaurant. Their ingredients are never ready yet they still want to charge you like they were available to you. The staff is completely unhelpful when you asked why the ingredients aren't ready and nobody is in the kitchen making anything. I was there at lunch time and I've also been there at dinner time and the same thing happens. Whoever the manager is should be fired. The staff should be reviewed and some of them should lose their jobs. This restaurant really needs to turn it around. Customers are trying to come back after the food poisoning incident and this is what they're having to deal with.

I placed an online order for pickup at the Lemmon Ave. Location. I picked up my order in a sealed bag a headed home. I ordered a chicken fajitas bowl with a side of guacamole and chips. When I opened the bag at home, No Chips.I then called the store and after going through the automated system, I was finally told I was being transferred to someone who could help.The phone rang and rang until I was disconnected. So I went back to the store, where I was informed that they were out of chips, so I requested a refund as the guacamole was useless without chips. I was then asked if I had ordered online. When I answered yes, I was told that I needed to go back online for a refund.I find this to be very poor customer service, since I had to drive there twice to pick up my order. One of the other servers there suggested the smaller bags of prepackaged chips. Although that solved the crisis, a simple apology and an offer to solve the problem would have gone a long way to keep me as a customer.Opportunity Lost!!! You staff at this location definitely needs some training in customer service.
