I had them do a pre-sale inspection of a used car. I was surprised at how detailed the report was, with pictures and video. It was a deep dive that reflected the actual state of the car. Also, they were responsive, with good customer service.

Christian Brothers is owned by a good friend of ours, and they took good care of us. Got everything taken care of and some. I highly recommend your auto repairs. They’re such a sweet family owned! They will take good care of you. Not only that, their staff were helpful!

we took our vehicle in for a courtesy inspection before my son headed back to college; we received great service - the team went above and beyond! i've been going to this location for several years and, although i've seen more changes in management than i'd like, i'm very pleased and thankful for the service that was provided that day.

Lupe was very helpful and professional with helping with my car. Kept me fully in the loop about repairs. Very thankful for his help and expertise. Definitely qould recommend him and i will definitely come back for all repairs
Update:
So Lupe still a wonderful guy very helpful but my car ended up still having issues. Took it to Chevrolet same codes came up with they diagnosed it come to find out a different part in my car had failed. I'm more so upset over the fact that it could of been fixed initially, but it wasn't so I'm sorry that I have to change my rating, but I'm out more money and time now

Two years ago, I visited Christian Brothers because my car was having issues. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't properly resolved, and the car wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. I had the part replaced, but the same issue resurfaced. I contacted Christian Brothers to inquire about warranty coverage, speaking with Manager Paul Martinez. Given the shop's previous involvement with my car, Mr. Martinez assured me he'd do everything possible to help. I had the car towed in, and he's been cooperative throughout the process. We'd already invested over $5,000 in repairs at Christian Brothers, so it was great to see them go the extra mile to make things right. I was truly impressed by Mr. Martinez's dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering discounts wherever possible to make the repairs affordable. It was wonderful to see Christian Brothers take such great care of us, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer service.

I had a great experience at this shop! The service was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Lupe for all his help. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. **DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE**
On Monday 2/3/25 my vehicle was having mechanical issues; I called my insurance, and they gave me 5 options. Out of those 5 options CB was the only notable place that I recognized. I had my vehicle dropped off that day around 10-11am and spoke to Connor. After speaking to Connor, he did mention that a diagnostic of my vehicle would be $169 but he would look at the car. I mentioned that I had lifted my hood and saw that my air intake hose was broken and should need replacement. That afternoon around 3pm Connor called and said that I needed an air intake hose, and water pump replacement with tensioner and belt needed to be replaced the complete cost to repair my car would be $1800, I asked to let me check out a few other places to get pricing. I called Honda, NTB and corner auto shop and all 3 said the replacement of air intake, and water pump replacement with tensioner and belt would be $1100. I called Connor back who then said, “I can try to match that, how is $1243?” I agreed! Flash forward to 2/4/25 I called around noon to see how everything was going, Connor then informed me that the belt snapped the bolt on my engine block and that I had two options I could pay $9837 for a refurbished engine or he can get me another engine for $6104.33, I asked if the engine was good he said yes its good but with the bolt snapping I needed the new engine. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle all because I was told my engine wasn't salvageable due to the bolt breaking in the engine block. I made a few calls, and I had my vehicle picked up the next day for a second opinion to my surprise CB was not telling the truth. Not only were the repairs $1100 but I didn’t need a new engine! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They say they are a Christian based company, but they are nothing but manipulative liars. To add insult to all of this Connor had the audacity to attempt to charge me $500 for labor because they took a part off my car.
I should have learned my lesson with they charged $15k in damages to my husband’s vehicle (thank goodness it was covered by insurance) on issues they stated they resolved when in fact they didn’t.

I always look at the reviews to see how they are and I saw you had a 4.5 review that impressed me and then when I went into your facility on McCree, I was greeted by the Service writer advisor Lupe he was totally awesome. Explained everything to me even with step-by-step applying for financial assistance I like to thank the owner For a great crew that he has there, they deserve your Upmost respect and praise and bonuses for a great team that you have there. Thank you. I will surely refer my people there.

Last week, and during flu recovery, I had to take my car in for state inspection. This group was great in handling this area. I wasn't there for very long. However, once I returned home, I remembered that one item had been forgotten by myself. I quickly called their location, and they told me they had taken care of it. Thank you all for all you do and helping me get out quickly when I was very weak. Blessings to all.
