The worst customer service ever. I was told several times that I would get the odometer disclosure statement needed to register my car from minutes to 3-5 days. Since when does email take 3-5 days. Can't ever speak to a supervisor. They leave you on hold for exactly one hour then disconnect. Very difficult to understand and when I ask for someone who speaks clearly they argue with me. I have not received the corrected statement as of right now. it's been 10 days. I don't even want to give one star, but it will not post if I don't.

This company is terrible, DO NOT finance a vehicle w them. I paid my truck off and they would never send the title. I called 8 times and the call center is some place in India and you cant understand a word they say. They hang up on you, put you on eternal hold, wont let you speak to a supervisor and will waste your time. Stay away from this circus, the clowns are running the show..

Bank sucks big time the use predatory lending the new my bill was too high a month for a 2019 dodge Durango 1,149 after they told me I could trade it in but they lied to me about that and they raised the price of the truck the truck was supposed to be 28,000 but they put the truck up to 45,000 the account was charged off and closed and they reopened it

Title: 🚫 The 2025 Jeep Compass: The Worst Vehicle I’ve Owned in 50 Years
If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased our 2025 Jeep Compass brand new at the end of February 2025 with only 11 miles on the odometer — and it has been nothing but a nightmare since.
Within months, the rack and pinion failed twice, followed by a long list of major malfunctions:
• Door locks stopped working properly.
• Airbag sensor malfunctioned — a serious safety issue.
• SOS emergency system light constantly malfunctions.
• Four-wheel drive system failed and now shows “Drive Unavailable.”
• The lights and turn signals randomly malfunction.
• Apple CarPlay/Compass display freezes or restarts multiple times a day.
We have only put around 60,000 miles on the car, and it’s already been in the shop more times than any vehicle I’ve owned in over five decades of driving. This is completely unacceptable for a “new” model.
What’s worse — Jeep and Chrysler already had recalls related to some of these same issues. You would think those lessons would have been learned before releasing the 2025 model, but apparently not.
This car might look modern and “fully loaded,” but those bells and whistles are nothing more than constant warning lights telling you how unreliable this vehicle really is.
⚠️ Warning to future buyers: Do NOT buy the 2025 Jeep Compass. It is unsafe, unreliable, and poorly engineered. I would never recommend this car to anyone — family, friends, or strangers. Jeep Chrysler should be ashamed of this product and take full responsibility by replacing defective vehicles like mine.

On July 6th of this year I was involved in a hit and run accident. I let them know and they kept telling me non sense and I had to keep giving info over and over like they can’t update file. My insurance sent the payoff for the car and apparently they can’t find it or have received it when they have should’ve already received it. They can’t communicate good enough and even understand them. They are rude. I don’t plan on doing business again with these people. I hope my insurance figures things out with these dummies to move the process further.. incompetence!!!!

Avoid Chrysler Capital at all costs. Their customer service is terrible—they hang up every time I call, and I’ve been unable to access my account online for over a year. They also refuse to send mailed statements, leaving me completely uninformed.
Even worse, I’ve been paying my loan two weeks early (on the 15th, when it’s due on the 3rd of the following month), but now they’re not crediting those payments correctly. This was never an issue for two years, but it’s suddenly a problem now.
Absolutely the worst finance company I’ve ever worked with. I’ll never use them again. If I can refinance at a lower rate, I’m done.

I do not like how I can't talk to a real person. Their payment website was changed and it is extremely poor. It does not make making a payment easy. It is flawed and they do nothing to fix it. I don't feel appreciated. This is my second vehicle using this company and it will be my last.

If you have a vehicle with them, you better pray it doesn't get totaled before you pay it off. Because if it does, they won't let you keep it.
