Came in for the first time and the girl working—Anu, I think—was super friendly. She helped me find some good stuff and even chatted with me about my NYC trip. Really polite and good vibes. Will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service! They just want to charge you triple what it costs somewhere else! Will never go here again! I just moved here too. They showed me price for a case not single item. I used to manage a gas station so I know what I’m looking at. They just wanted to charge more money. They talked in a foreign language so I wouldn’t know what they were saying. If it was the truth then why not speak English?

Purchased a new Orion vape last nigh (9/24) and when I started using it it was misfiring. Everytime I would hit it l, it would continue to burn after each puff for 4-5 seconds. I went to the shop today to tell them and ask them to just exchange it for the exact same product and they refused, saying that they would “take care of me” if I bought a new one by giving me 30% off and that if I had purchased it today instead of last night they would exchange it. There are plenty of other vape shops around, I won’t be back.

David was extremely helpful. Some of the cigarettes were on the high price side but David is a rockstar the place is always clean and organized.
