Been coming here for almost 25 years. Love the weekday breakfast special. Some of the same employees have been working there the whole time.

I’ve been to the other locations. I was in Richardson and I stopped by. They have great food and service. The location seems little smaller than the others. It’s worth a visit. I love this place.

My new favorite place for breakfast! Good food, large portions, nice servers and reasonable prices.

We usually go to the location on 75. Today we went to this North Dallas location for brunch, and food was great as usual. However, we went to the desert counter afterwards, and shift manager was terribly and unnecessarily rude. Our server was busy and took a bit longer to close out ticket, and this person in the front couldn’t discretely check internally. She made a huge deal. I was so embarrassed as she implied we hadn’t paid for our original meal. She was rude even while handling my payment for the deserts, throwing my receipt on the counter and all. It was a very sour way to close the wonderful meal experience we were having. I really wanted to like this location because they have way better parking. Sad.

We wanted to try Cindi’s as we heard good things mostly by reading reviews. We arrived between 12-12:30 on a Friday. It was crowded so we had to wait. We were called in about 15 minutes which was good. Being fairly small it was a little uncomfortable until we sat in our booth where we could relax a bit.Our server arrived quickly and got our drinks and order. Service was very good and the people friendly. Here is the problem. Our food!!I had a patty melt and my wife had a rueben with Pastrami. My first bite was a total surprise. No flavor in the meat. It looked like a burger but it had no flavor and not enough cheese. Also, they did not sauté the onions enough so on every bite you can feel a thick onion piece that came out of the sandwich. Yuk!I put salt on it which slightly helped.I had potato salad on the side. It looked like a scoop of mashed potatoes and tasted like sugar. Real sweet! Yuk!We were not impressed, unfortunately! The Rueben was a little better but not enough to want another one.Because service was good I gave our experience 2 stars.

This is one of my family's favorite places. It reminds me of my childhood in New York city. A busy restaurant/deli spot with delicious food. It's great for families. The service is always great.

Food was amazing. I ordered the NY Ruben and club soda. Make sure to try the onion bagel! I can't wait to get some more! Perfect meal before I Erne folks at the Pickleball round robin. Next time I will order the Chicken fried steak

I've been a huge fan of Cindy's over the years, but today the brand took a big hit. The wife and I went to the Campbell Rd location for breakfast. We both ordered the waffle, egg, and bacon. The waffles were horrible. Tasted dry and powdery. Not like they are supposed to be, fluffy, moist and spongy. Very disappointing. Left most of it on the plate. And, the service was slow and the table sticky. Just a bad report on a brand I've enjoyed for years.

First time trying this place today i was in the mood for a pastrami sandwich (reuben), i got 2 with a over hard egg on top, wasn’t expecting one order to be so filling and also delicious , i should had only ordered one, but all & all it was worth it, the Gentleman who helped me place my order was patient and guided me through professionally. Very pleased on my first visit here, thanks.

Day outing with my girls. We were shopping near by at Sam Moon (if you know you know). We were hungry and i asked my daughter what would she like. My daughter likes sandwiches so i search and found this place. This place had good reviews so we decided to try. This place reminded me of the old family style dinner. You get that vibe when you walk in. It's almost like ihop/ Denny, but better. They do have a dessert display as you walk in which is nice. We did grab some on the way out. My youngest had the grill cheese with fries (basic), my oldest had the tuna/ avocado salad and according to her it was pretty good and i had the country fried steak breakfast plate with banana nut pancake. Mines taste like any other place. It was good, but wasn't nothing out the norm. We enjoyed it and if we're in the area we would dine again.

I am really used to True New York delis and I know one of the best delis is in Houston and I had a really good Deli in San Diego where I just moved from. Maybe it is really good to some but not what I'm used to and not what I expected for a Jewish deli!

Was afraid this location wouldn't be as good as the downtown one but I was not disappointed. Service was absolutely fantastic. The only way it could have improved is if they offered a wash and wax on my truck. Food was amazing (New York reuben all the way) . Portions are generous.
