I am posting the same review here for the correct address I deal with of BB&T yet it still comes up as Citi. WHY Citi did you have to sell to these backward simpletons. Oh! we don't offer Samsung pay yet only Apple Pay we are a conservative bank. Samsung is just as much a trusted phone as Apple This review applies to BBT phone customer service. The customer service person wanted to argue with me about if I actually got a letter from BB&T. I have been asking about Samsung and Android pay for months now not offered until this past August. I have letters that I have activated both Android and Samsung pay and it was with my debit card. I called to do the verify for the Android pay and was told it only applies to credit cards not debit cards. I read the letter. She said it only applies to the credit card not debit. I asked for a supervisor placed on hold and then she hung up on me. If you shop online and by chance the merchant is out of the USA transaction denied. You have to call the bank. I see the safety yet the customer service person said flat out we can't trust any transactions from outside the US.

I went here after hours to use the ATM machine...the parking lot was clean and easy to access. The ATM machine was able to provide my banking needs and I was on my way. It was super convenient since it is so close to my job. For ATM needs I'll definitely be back!

Tellers are always super nice and very fast. They do dress a little trashy for a bank, chipping red polish and all but they are at least very polite.
