Thank you Joe!! After losing both our parents, my sister and I just were not ready to get rid of our parents last car they owned. However, we could no longer afford to pay the outrageous repair bills that never seemed to end from the Cadillac dealership. You have come to our rescue and we thank you for your dedication, honesty and knowledge. You even took the time to sit down and discuss in detail the problems with our car. You are a true gem and with 141,000 miles on our parents Cadillac, we can hold on to our memories of their last car for hopefully a long time. Thanks again Joe!

Joe was very patient and did a thorough job of explaining the problem I was probably having with a stuck shifter in my 2003 Mercedes Benz SL500. He diagnosed that the problem was a broken plastic part inside the shifter assembly and made arrangements to have an aluminum replacement shipped to me a couple of days later.

Horrible experience .. rude, the manager and one other person both tell conflicting stories, and refer to the work of another company they take credit for :-( I had to call 3 times and finally went to the shop to even get that kind of information, just because someone told me about a shop in that location and with that number. Turns out it is a different business alltogether which has the same phone number. I ran as quickly as I could - they will never touch my car. Very bad gut feeling what they might do/tell if they actually get to do repairs. Total waste of time. Funny to see that the previous 3 reviews here are from the owner (managers son, Free), their own tow truck driver with 2 different accounts (the guy and his tow truck was there when I stopped by - huge oil puddle under the wrecker, and the tow guy waiting for repair tows to come was some fat guy reeking of beer, which I could smell from 15 feet away). I am not surprised noone else is writing reviews ... I wouldnt have written this either (they didn't even get to touch my ride) if Google had not suggested the place to review, and reminded me of that experience (probably because I looked it up on Google Maps before? LOL no clue why)

I took my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica to City Auto Clinic because I was feeling a bump every time I accelerated from a stop. I also needed a transmission fluid service. They quickly found that the reason for the bump was because my motor mounts were bad. While they were looking around under the car, they also noticed that my front tie-rod ends had a lot of slack in them. They warned me that this could be unsafe, and recommended that I replace those as well. They replaced the motor mounts and the tie-rod ends, performed the transmission fluid and filter service, and got me back on the road with no hassle. Yes, I do own the company, but I am also a client and former employee! I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else. I have 100% confidence in their ability to diagnose and repair any issue that comes their way, and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for yet another great repair and service experience, guys! Keep up the good work!
