The Hispanic Manager at this store has very poor customer service. I went to cash my refund advance check and instead of explaining to me that i owed a loan with cliffs finance from 2017 she had a shitty attitude never gave eye contact and did not explain what would happen with the rest of my money or when I would receive the remainder of my check and ignored my questions with no empathy at all. I had to get information from a younger Hispanic lady and her customer service was great she explained everything to me.

This place has poor customer service they do not know how to talk to there customers not to mention there process of cashing a check and getting a money order is the slowest process it took me 40 minutes to try and cash my check and get a money order they don’t respect customers time not to mention very rude very unprofessional please run away from this place go to PLS they have better customer service anywhere but here they are terrible

Found out me and Aaron has the same birthday. He’s a cool guy and his good at his job very friendly environment and easy to deal with. His coworker Martavia was nice as well. I will cash every check here moving forward
