Took off of work early in order to get in. Arrived at 4:40pm for my 4:45pm appointment and the door was locked, no one answered the phone. I could hear people laughing inside but no one came to the door when I knocked. I called the customer service line, they attempted to call as well and couldn’t reach anyone. Would not bother scheduling at this location.

They failed to complete my basic test, when I returned to do a second draw they turned me away claiming they didn’t have the order. Not a well run business.I should add that the woman at the front desk made no effort to look into the issue (that the lab caused) and seemed to enjoy my distress.

LaTanya was fantastic! I hate getting blood drawn, but she made the experience quick and painless.Don’t forget your mask though! At time of writing, still need a mask and CPL doesn’t provide them.Also note they are in PB 3

Eden displayed a high level of customer service. She made me comfortable and smile. I have a hard time with needles. It was almost painless inserting the needle. She is very well trained. She had an endearing personality!

I have been here to give blood for Texas Cares Antibody study, staff was friendly, she informed me that system was down hence I waited extra 5 minutes but in and out was 15 minutes.

Went to the lab to get blood work completed. Overall good experience with the actual process of drawing blood and explaining the process.The receptionist staff could use a "refresh" on proper etiquette and patient hospitality because it is.severely lacking. Very unprofessional and lack of respect.

Rude staff at the 8230 walnut location. Speaks over you on the phone and is very rude in person. Need to replace her.

Nice people who are great at drawing blood and also helping you with any other testing your doctor orders. I have been to labs where they are not friendly or they are not good at finding veins, etc and have to stick you twice. I have not experienced any of that at this place.

I had blood work done to determine the sex of my baby on 02/15/18, and I was told I would have my results back on 02/22/18. I have continued to call my doctor’s office now on 02/26/18 and I STILL have not received my results. While they were very professional and friendly during hebactual blood draw process, I am extremely disappointed in the turnaround time it has taken to get my results. What’s worse - their phone does not give you the option to speak with anyone to see what the hold up is. I am very frustrated with this company as I have receive no explanation for the delayed results, and I am now panicking that there is something wrong with my blood work.
