I did not enjoy the experience of walking in and struggling for assistance. I was holiday dress shopping. No one greets you. No one offers to help with anything. You have to chase people down and ask them for their help. When I did, I felt as though I was inconveniencing them. This place has really cool items on consignment, but the pretentious attitude from the staff was off putting. It is worth visiting if you don't mind not being helped, but frustrating when you do.

June 18, 2023/ O carried items to Clothes Circuit to sell to the store. They no longer "purchased" items. Though it was not advertised at the time. Has obvious been removed. After looking at all of my items. They chose 'five'. Before they chose the five, I asked the question, could I pickup after amount of time. The answer was "no". They automatically donate to a charity of their choice. No they could not provide the names. Upon further questions. The did agree that they would send a receipt for tax purpose. An endless array of excuses. My email address was never to have a email received. In the end they supposedly sold three item, and was to get back to me on the others. Not a single communication. The service and appropriate disclosures suggest discriminatory practices. I would not visit the store again.

Shop clerk followed me everywhere inside the store and attempted to play off her surveillance of me by "dusting" the glass top racks everywhere I went. Racist and ugly.

I often shop here. It is very economical because I buy luxury clothes at a low price.

I have been shopping at Clothes Circuit for over 30 years. I went in there today, it’s been maybe a year & a half since I’ve been in. (could be longer) Did not see the employees I was familiar with. (think ownership has changed) I was shocked at the prices, they were more like retail prices.I didn’t even see great looking clothes. I was very disappointed in their selection and prices. They use to have great, different, eye catching clothing. It was a real bummer, plus the staff was anything but friendly. Too bad, it use to be a great place!

I have known and shopped at this store for more than 20 years. What an experience I had yesterday! After I tried 4 items and returned them on the refuse rack I used a restroom there. Two employees were waiting for me to come out and stared at me literally. What a surprise! I wish I had them pet search me before I went into the restroom. What kind of treatment for a long time customer! They showed their true appreciation of me as a potential thief.By the way I am an asian woman and worth a lot more than 4 pitiful things I tried there.

This place is not what is used to be. It is so much smaller and there is not a lot to choose from. The people in there act like they are in charge of Hermes. I’ve been coming here for so long the man who now works there used to be the security guard. They no longer have a security guard…which lets you know the kind of stuff they sell! Second hand lululemon and run down Tory Burch, sad.

I have been coming here for years. However, when they went under new management a while back everything has gone downhill. Remember the date sales. They would put stuff on sale the longer it sat there. That was the best. I almost think the employees get first dibs on consigned items because there is absolutely nothing in there. OR people in that area are not taking their stuff there any more. I used to be able to find wonderful second hand designer items, now it's like a ton of second hand lululemon, uh no thanks. The sales associates are not friendly. You are not working in Chanel you are at a second hand place, be friendly. This store had its hey day way back when. Too many people found out about it so they got too big for their britches. Will sell and buy online.

Went there a few days ago. The people up front were friendly enough, but the people in the back were less than. Brought in things for consignment and they got all rejected (not the problem) the man out back helping me out was less than friendly and looked at me like I didn’t fit in at all. Mind you I was wearing athleisure, but making someone feel out of place like that just shows poor customer service and a horrible attitude on their part. After reading more reviews, I am glad they rejected all of it so I can take my things to a better place.

I have been taking my clothing and handbags to Clothes Circuit for several years. And I have purchased more from Clothes Circuit than I have consigned! Because I was on my lunch break from work, I chose to drop my items off and have them donate the items they decided not to take. Among the items was a brand new pair of Paul Green heels that had been purchased 6 weeks prior for $350. They had been worn 2 hours to an event. They hurt my feet so I decided to sell them. They donated them..... wow. I realize that is their prerogative but all these years I have never experienced this. I'm curious if they even researched the label? Do not drop off your items and leave them. Take them to the consignment desk and shop or grab a coffee and come back. Do not give them your other items. Take them with you. You either donate them yourself or sell on Poshmark. That way you know if your high end items truly get "donated".

They get one star extra because as a shopper they have a nice selection and if you're lucky you can find some great pieces. The sales people however are either not helpful and judgy or all over you trying to make a sale.Certain staff members are snobby as all get out. From a consigners experience, beware. They will screw you over and blame you for "insert stupid reason here." They will consistently have old worn Chanel shoes from 2013 that are $800 but sell your brand item at a discount for being "too seasonal." They definitely play favorited with customers because some items stay for more than one season (multiple actually!) at ridiculous prices.

Great place for clean gently used clothes. It's my daughter's favorite. Thank you for being there for us all.
