Employee was on a personal call on her cellphone the entire time helping me for a fitting room and even at checkout - very unprofessional. I didn't even realize she worked there until I needed a fitting room.

Doesn’t accept men’s returns. Poor customer service as well when informing customers at the store.

I've window shopped at Club Monaco several times because the store front is pretty aesthetic, but I've never pulled the trigger due to the high price tags. Well, that changed last weekend when I saw that they had an end of season sale going on! The discount was higher than what was offered online. I eyed some cute pieces (I'm a sucker for midi/maxi skirts). The sales associate was really attentive and set up the dressing rooms for you as you shop. She even recommended some additional pieces to try on that I normally wouldn't have picked myself. I liked her styling choices after seeing how they looked put on. The clothes are all high quality and durable material. The same sales associate also wrapped up the clothes all fancy.

I will never step a foot in this store… the lady with some kind of syndrome that works there has a big attitude and has issues if you don’t chit chat with her. Biggest attitude from a sales person I’ve had just because I wasn’t talkative today and then she proceeds to tell me I NEED TO SMILE. Ugh, you have no idea what people are dealing with and not everyone wants to be chit chatty.

TL;DR = Bad location. Only carries womenswear, but more than that, they refused to answer the phones. When you’re there in-store, the associates will lie straight to you that they do not accept returns of menswear and promptly go back to texting on their phones.—You should know the Dallas Galleria Club Monaco location is only for women's clothing. There's no men's clothing—that's only at Northpark. However, the Club Monaco website never indicates this on the Galleria Dallas store page (a simple "women's apparel only" could have saved me time), and the Google Maps listing (which the company can update) actually says "men's and women's clothing." That's not true—don't waste your time if you're looking for men's clothing. Other than that, the store is gorgeous and brightly lit, but very small. But wait—there’s more. Much more seriously than just not carrying menswear—which is understandable given the small footprint of this location—I was also lied to by the store associates. I visited the store about 3 weeks ago and they told me they didn’t have menswear, but I asked if they had anything at all, and they were gracious and showed me returns/exchanges of menswear that people had made in the store (which were in great re-saleable condition).2 weeks later, I had to make a return of a menswear product I’d purchased at another location. I had already detected issues with this location, so I had to forethought to give them a call to the number that’s listed on both Google Maps and the Company website, which is the same number. Nobody answered the phone even after 5 times.I decided to go to the store anyways—especially since I’d literally been presented by menswear returns at that store by an associate. However, upon arrival, the associates then told me I couldn’t make a return of menswear at their store. This cannot be true, as they literally had shown me a pile of menswear returns others had made to their store. Then the associates went back to texting and using the phones behind the counter.I ended up having to make a 20-minute trek to the next store, and the clerk there informed me that ALL Club Monaco locations—regardless of whether they sell menswear, womenswear, or both—accept all returns of all items. I also called the main company customer service line, who echoed the same thing. It turns out the store associates simply didn’t want to help and weren’t being honest to me about it. It’s OK to be inconvenienced—but it’s not OK to be deceived by a store.

I normally shop at North park crnter’s club Monaco, but I decided to go to this store and that was a wonderful experience! One of the managers there(with long hair) was a really professional guy. He was very patient and spent a lot of time to talk to me and helped me to chose what I want! Definitely will go back!
