I traveled to this store from another city to have tags and initials placed on my two crossbodys. They didn't do the service because according to them they were two people short and they couldn't pull someone. However, they serviced other customers and they weren't busy! But I was told to either leave it with them and travel from another city on another day or they could mail it to me! They were so busy but the manager was in the back of the store to later come from the back. It's all about their profit what they deem makes since for them. All customers should be made to feel valued.

The customer service of the NorthPark location was absolutely wonderful. I had come in for the custom monogramming service and was helped by Morgan. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Morgan for her dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work.

Can someone explain why it would take one hour to do a less than 5min job? I went here to get my new watch serviced and was disappointed with the lack of urgency from the manager.

I feel compelled to write this review after reading a similar experience posted bellow.I was treated rudely and hastily during my visit two weeks ago. I went to inquire about a possible exchange request after speaking to customer service over the phone. I followed the instructions that were given to me. However, upon talking to the first sales person, she was confrontational and directive, dismissing my words before I finished talking. I started sweating as I felt embarrassed given that other customers were present. In the end, they spoke to the manager in “the back” who had been with Coach for “8 years” and decided that they could not honor my warranty exchange request.I called customer service and they confirmed that I should have been able to return my defected product. They even instructed me to submit feedback via their corporate contacts online.Do not shop at this coach location!!!!!

I received a Wallet as a gift and I have a gift receipt, so I went this store to explore other colors and maybe exchange the one I received with just a different color.I walked in and an associate named VANESSA approached me and asked id she could help. I said yes, I am here to look at other color and possible do an exchange, but I am not sure. Next things she said was "let me see the receipt the check if its eligible" I honestly did know what that means and I even ignored what she said and handled her the receipt and walked to back to check other colors. While I was looking at colors, she said "let me know the wallet you wanting to exchange", so I handled over the wallet " EVEN THOUGH I NEVER CONFIRMED THAT I AM EXCHANGING YET".she starting inspecting the wallet " that I never used at all", everything seemed normal until she starting digging inside a "men wallet, stretching it like crazy to look DEEP INSIDE THAT WALLET, LOOKING FOR EXISTING DAMAGES. Then she calls a co-worker, this co-worker's name is EMANUAL, and she said hey do you see a scratch? "while having MY WALLET THAT I HAVE NOT DECIDED TO EXCHANGE YET STRETCHED WIDE OPEN and he started looking hard.I then said , excuse what are y'all doing, what's going on here? He replied back " we are making sure there isn't any damages". I asked for a manager, and he said I am the manager and we started arguing about the way they are treating me, then he said "FINE WE CAN EXCHANGE IT". I replied back to him and said I have not even decided if I am doing so and I have not even gotten a chance to see other colors and decide and y'all are sitting expecting a wallet that does not below to you yet. He then calls the GM, her name is Camille. Camille was very polite and embarrassed of what they did, and while I was speaking to her I look back and find EMANUAL laughing in the background like an idiot!I called customer service to file a complaint 2 days ago and still have not heard from anyone yet!DO NOT SHOP COACH!

Had the unpleasant experience of being “helped” by associate Mark today while making a return. His attitude is beyond reprehensible. The store really needs to consider which employees are customer facing. Seeing as how others have complained, and this employee’s disposition has not changed, I will not be returning to this store.

I had a very unfortunate but nit surprising experience at this Coach store. I went in to exchange an item I received for xmas. I called ahead and spoke with someone who said they were the manager. She advised me I would have no issues when I came in as I also had the receipt . 2 days later, as it snowed, I arrived and encountered Mark who was extremely condescending and acting inappropriately suspicious. They (all 4 sales associates)went over my item which had never been worn with a fine tooth comb. I beleive it took 3 people to examine them. Mark whom announced that he's the only manager that exists at Coach, said he had no idea whom i talked to and went on to tell me over and over that I couldn't get a refund which was strange as I never asked for a refund just was there to get something I liked in place of what I didnt like. I mentioned the person I called and spoke too but he stood there treating me as if I was making my story up. Anyway he denied me an exchange in a designer store like Coach with all the appropriate documents needed to do so. He humiliated me and treated me like I was a criminal trying to do something illegal. I left and once I got in the car I remembered the girls name I spoke to. I called and got Mark who now tells me oh yeah she don't work here any more. REALLY!?!? How convenient. I called Coach Corp and guess what? NO ISSUE. Sent me a return label with no problem. It saddens me to no end as Mark whom was gay was so rude. The gays want respect but they never give it. Always looking down their noses at other people and wonder why the world has issue accepting them. Coach you can do better than this. Will not return.

Walked in today with my daughter asking for a white and gold bag she had seen. The associate commented on her current bag saying it was “definitely an outlet bag.” I chuckled a bit because who really cares. She continued to look up a similar bag on her tablet, but it wasn’t what my daughter wanted. We were pleasant and on our way out when she said it again but this time tapping my daughters bag this time closer to another associate. The other associate asked if we wanted to give our name and number for them to call “if it comes in” we said no thank you. The lady pursed her lips and looked down on us. Not a thank you have a good day or anything just a plain old you don’t deserve to be in here with that look. Definitely won’t be back and definitely won’t be listening to someone showing off they’re taped in hair that’s not combed through. Byeeeeeeee!!! Store location was at the North Park Center.

I am a routine customer for Coach. This store discriminates and employees act like they are designers and allowed to pick who shops here and who doesn’t. My return/exchange experience was awful. Im so disappointed with the staff and their ignorant behavior.

I can vouch for some of the negative reviews when I say being treated like a human being at coach doesn't exist anymore. It's almost like the associates have a problem with people coming in there. After the impression I got by coming in there, I wasn't sure if I belong there in the first place. I'm pretty much tired of people treating me like I can't afford anything in their store. Something's got to change
