Bad car battery still under warranty. Took four employees to figure out what to do. Had to get a manager from another department to convince them to replace it. Auto department keeps automatic sliding door locked in violation of local fire safety code. Someone behind the counter has to unlock it every time someone wants to leave.

I only used the vision center because the last time I was there all the employees were talking ok their cellphones and doing nothing i waited 15 minutes to return something they said they didn’t carry but it was on the shelves and I asked an employee who was not doing anything for help finding something and she told me to wait till she was done talking to her 16 year old so the manager gave me a gift card asking me to give him another chance I went in on a Thursday to pick up my glasses the first tr there were 6 customers and 1 employee .second time they had 4 customers and some very rude customer pushed everyone aside and said she was in a hurry (I was too) finally the 3rd time I had to wait for 45minutes and I told the still single employee to give me the glasses and I was going to pay for them to be adjusted somewhere else the manager clearly didn’t care and the store was a disaster rash all over and half empty shelves I will pay more somewhere else and never return
3 trrips to pick up glasses
They like Amazon are greedy and do not care about their customers
I advise anyone to go somewhere else
8/18 waited 20 minutes for an online refund and finally gave up and waited another 10 minutes to get help from “Martha” who was to busy with personal conversation like I wasn’t there
Will definitely take the time to call corporate office again

I buy most of my groceries and supplies at walmart and Sam's. I'm a loyal customer. That said this location is lacking. They frequently leave a majority of there self checkout lines closed. Customers end up having to wait. On top of that they leave the worst registers open. Missing hand scanners, and filthy sensors make things go even slower. Ad in the problems with mislabeled and damaged packages. Visiting this location waists your valuable time. Drive down the street to the next one.

I came at 6pm for a service of two tires.
Mind you the automotive center closes at 7pm so more than enough time for service to start and be completed.
David told me to go inside and because I would be the last car of the day.
Alan told me they weren’t accepting any more vehicles. So he went out side to double check.
While doing so I was speaking with another customer saying “I know it doesn’t take very long to put on two tires” and in mid conversation MATT comes in behind making a snarking comment, stating “actually yes it does it does take a little bit” very rudely as if I was speaking with him directly. Which I was not.
I continued to speak with the other customer saying to her “is every body having a bad day”? trying to ignore his snarkingness and he then made another comment saying “well actually it’s been a busy day” again unprecedented. Again I was NEVER speaking to him directly.
He’s rude unprofessional and needs to be fired. And that’s a reach coming from me. Because I never want to see any one lose their job in this economy. But to come in to your store and then insert your self into someone’s conversation and I don’t care what it was about, it’s rude and very immature. And to not have a team lead any where to be found is crazy. I never shop here . And they have further more proved my reason why. I see why people go to Target and other places for groceries and services.
The customer experience is piss POOR! I do not appreciate the lack of knowledge and good customer service and it needs to be studied.
The only person who seemed like he had the slightest bit of sense was David.
To add fuel to the fire. My car went back for service at 7:18. I’m literally watching every person in the garage do everything but work on my vehicle. Remember TWO TIRES! I did not leave until 8:30. There was a manager I was finally able to talk to before I left and she gave me small discount for the inconvenience but at this point it’s been two hours that’s the least you could have done . SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE WONT EVER COME HERE FOR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

What is a cashier? Count 5-10 workers minimum every time I go “monitoring” self checkout which actually means standing on their phone being paid to do nothing. Why in the world should I have to go through self checkout every time when they have workers doing nothing but standing around. Don’t know when or why Walmart is deciding that cashiers are a thing of the past when they pay the same number of employees for more annoyed customers
