This Comerica is the best in all of DFW, not only within the Comerica banking system, but arguably of all the retail banking branches in this area. Ms Isela Aguillar, the branch manager, is very friendly & helpful. She always greet customers with a smile on her face. Her willingness to help & cheery attitude make customers feel welcomed at the branch as compared to other major national banks' branches that treat customers like a burden. Members of my whole & extended families have accounts with Comerica for 25+ years for these reasons. All of Isela's associates at the branch are also friendly & helpful as she is. She really does lead by setting examples of excellence in customer service. If someone needs to establish a banking relationship (commercial or personal), give Comerica RL Thornton branch a chance. It might be your bank for life.

They are very professional. They know us by name when we walk into the bank or drive-thru. They answer all my questions and are very courteous. There's not a long wait time here most days.

As competitive this market is they offer the worst customer service and I am not even their customer. The greeter and two office managers were inept to address a simple situation. They need to go through extreme training or make them watch their competitors commercials to improve service. Sad you still find this. My family member will not be here long.

As a business owner I so appreciate relations and specifically my business relation with my Comerica Bank. I feel like “They always have my back.” And it’s because of Isela Aguilar. I love that she takes the time to answer my questions, takes care of issues and I know that any new client I send their way will be taken care of with the same courtesy and respect. Thank you Comerica for finding Isela Aguilar and keeping her. Isela Aguilar thank you for all you do for me, and for my business.

Absolutely the worse possible customer experience. Called Friday to open an account. Lady asks me to come on Saturday. When I come in Saturday, they say I should come Monday, since I need an appointment which I asked for on Friday, but was told I dont need one.

The VP of this branch is extremely rude, Isela was absolutely horrible to me. I called to speak with someone regarding my experience, I was told she is the boss and that nothing will be done. Well, I am considering closing my three business accounts and my personal accounts. I have banked with Comerica over 10 years, I have never been treated like this. Isela Aguilar needs to have training on how to treat customers. She is a racist.

Very slow service. It is like they are in slow motion if not reverse. Then when I get my change it is wrong & they ask me if I counted it twice to be sure.
