The staff is very friendly and helpful even if for some reason I must walk up to the drive thru. Some vans are too wide for the drive thru lanes .

Doors locked signs says they r there. No one to help at drive through either. This is just not ok. Redo the signs then . I am switching banks this is ridiculous

Talked to Dakarai who answered the phone who was excellent and able to give us the phone number to the Quality Department to report the horrible experience with a branch manager. The branch manager at the Abrams/Goliad location, Dallas, Roxanne Canales who refused to give us the phone number to her boss to discuss a matter that she seemed incapable or incompetent to handle. We asked for her boss' number more than 3 times. Thank you Dakarai for your professionalism and the phone number, the 5 stars are for you!

Have had no issues with this bank or Comerica in general. the only reason for the not great review is the teller that I just had. Went to cash a check for my boyfriend and asked the teller before I sign the back of a check if I could cash it, she told me I just sign the back under his endorsement. Soi do and send it to her just for her to send it back and say that I couldn't cash it because he wasn't on my account. The whole reason I asked before I signed the check was for that very reason. So now he can get hassled when he goes to try to cash it somewhere else for my signature being on the back. Not mad that they couldn't cash it, just irritated for them giving the wrong information and causing more of an inconvenience.

How can ANYONE get any business done when your lobby hours are 9-4!!!! I work for a living from 8-4pm. The only day I can do business with you is Friday. Very POOR customer service. When I get my father's estate settled I will be moving all the money to a bank that has hours that actually allow things to get done!
