I got to the bank at 11:59am on a Sat. Yes I understand I had one min left. But I needed a cashiers check for a down payment. And when I was about to open the lobby door the employees were already locking up. So sad, I have been a loyal customer for 13 years.

Convenient. Courteous. No fuss banking here for my family. Really appreciate the speed and customer service we receive at the drive up computer. We dial in and a bank rep from MI comes on the screen to help with deposits, withdrawals, and general banking info. Highly recommended.

Tried to cash in coins that were rolled up, I'm a member and walked in and they tried to charge me for cashing coins as a member. They were like “you could go to coin starâ€. I'm not going to do business ever at this location

Comerica Bank-5302 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX.-Discusting, abusive behavior, name callers (front schedulr/desk guy & branch mgr - David Timm) . Walked in to get financ info since their financ male had not called. Yelled at & lectured by front desk male who just went off on me! Asked for branch Mgr ...he called me a name & to not come back. I am Complaining big time.

This location used to be a Sterling bank branch but changed to Comerica after Comerica bank purchased Sterling bank. The people are incredibly friendly, they usually have popcorn in the lobby and they have an ATM right in front. The downside is that this location doesn't have a drive through. Nice bank and the service seems to have stayed consistently good even after the merger. They also have a lot of State of Texas memorabilia in the lobby - and that is all good, I mean, who doesn't like Texas?
