The ATM swallowed my mom’s debit card because of a technical problem with the machine and no one else could use it because it was jammed. The manager would not come out of her office when we went in to speak with them, the bank teller said that no one could retrieve the card and that it would be shredded by the machine. It is possible to retrieve the card but the bank refused, rendering atm services out of order for other banking clients. No service recovery, technical problems, poor experience

This place offers great service and the staff are friendly. Many of the staff know my name and are quick to greet. They do not have an ATM in the lobby, but there is one in the drive thru. Being open on Saturday also makes it very convenient. This is my go-to branch!

Do not do business with Comerica Bank. My late sister had a savings account with Comerica and even though her estate has worked it's way through the legal system Comerica won't give me my share of the money even though I have a court order. Their attorneys don't like my attorney so they are being uncooperative just because they can. They have dragged a simple process out for 4 months; made the heirs sign more affidavits and Comerica will still not give me my money.

I had an unused business account that I was not watching. They signed me up for bill pay or web pay or some such that required a monthly fee without permission Then they started charging me extra because they ran the balance below zero. They would not refund their thefts that were over 90 days old.

I would not recommend this bank! Had an issue with their small business loan department. Had a business valuation done which was worthless and cost me $2900.00 I've been waiting on my refund for the past month almost. When asked when I'd get my refund I was told, "Banking = lots of red tape. Unfortunately. " so if you are looking to do business banking I'd look elsewhere. I would've given less than 1 star but that was the only available option.

I needed to get some euros so called this bank with which I have a premier account. They said they have what I needed on hand. I said I could not get there until 2:30 pm because of other appointments. The bank person said the euros may not be there by that time. So I said I could be there in around an hour since I lived up by Denton. They said ok we will see you then. That call ended at 11:24 am. I moved my appointments around so I could get this appointment in then I got in my car and hurried down there. I got there at 12:31 pm. The receptionist told me that the only person who could do that task was at lunch until 1:00 pm. Why couldn't they have told me over the phone no one would help me from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm? Why couldn't they have held the euros for me?

This is a good branch in the parking lot of North Park Mall. The folks are nice and friendly. It doesn't feel like a prison with everyone behind bars like most banks as it's a welcoming environment. Comerica does a good job.
