This branch is understaffed, but going from observing many repeated mistakes at other locations, the company as a whole appears to be circling the drain and I don't expect it to make it through the next recession.

I'm so happy that this location is still open. The tellers are very friendly and the staff are so welcoming when I enter the bank. I do love that the tellers aren't enclosed by the bullet proof glass, as the tellers are that work at the Wells Fargo a block away on the same side of the street.

My husband and I have used Comerica since it bought our old bank on Illinois many years ago and have enjoyed years of excellent service at all locations. The staff at the Wheatland location, which we have used since it opened, is friendly, efficient and always helpful.

Staff and customer service is so rude. Just wanted to do a despotic list and just acted like you are an inconvenience for them. I'll travel to the Arlington location before coming here again.

I call all associated branches in Dallas and all lines busy. Usually businesses let you wait on the phone until someone is available...nope just hangs upon it's own. So I got to drive to the bank to ask a question..smh..customer service falls under 1 star for me.

Very rude. Staff act as though they don't want to be bothered. I was the only customer in bank and was totally ignored.stood there for minutes until the teller finally asked can I help you. This tells me the manager allows this behavior. Everyone in there needs to be fired. I am going to call corporate. Terrible attitudes.

I will be closing my acct after getting hit with fraud a 2nd time from the same convenience store. The sad part about it is that I have never used my new card there at the store,which makes me believe that theres a inside job going on.
