This location is quite strange. I went to open a savings account and was told I should actually be banking with, Bank of America or Chase. I’ve never had a banker refer me elsewhere you’d think they want business. I guess some people don’t realize ppl can have money in more than one financial institution. I go to other branches and the service is just fine. The branch in north park mall is accustom to ppl who travel and live internationally. Yet those pplstill bank with Comerica. I think it’s best to remember you don’t know your customers personally. Give them what they ask for and skip the unnecessary Invasive form of questions. I have a high yield savings account with other financial institutions. I would have gladly opened one here also but I wasn’t asked or even informed about the various accounts, same with the checking account I opened. I’ll eventually take my business elsewhere or go to a bigger branch for assistance once I start using this bank consistently.

This branch made it real inconvenient to do business with them. We are a non profit organization and have several accounts with them. They are literally right across the street and this office is closed and now we have to do business at a branch that is not so close.

Horrible customer service. I was asked to re- sign my payroll check in front of the teller. I have never been more humiliated. This has happened more than once. Not sure why or if it's procedure at this particular location. Never an easy transaction this particular branch had issues with black women cashing checks

This bank has made things very inconvenient. You have to set an appointment at least A-day away and the drive thru routes you to somebody in Michigan instead of on site or even in TexasThe customer service rep was probably having a bad day, But his bad day should not become my bad experience

I agree Comerica is not oriented to small business. Been with Comerica since they came to Dallas but going to change soon

So now on top of really poor service and policies depend on the mood of the supervisors, they have now also taken away the ability to deposit checks for your company via the drive-thru unless your the owner AND have a bank card. Wow, anything else y'all can do to your customer services non existent?

Very bad customer service by Vicky the branch manager. We are a small business and have been with Coamerica for years. Do not go to this branch. Many of the other branches are much more customer service oriented and willing to help.

They tried to charge me $10 to cash each check unless I open an account with them. Even if the check came from their bank, it's still $10 per check. I won't be doing business with them again anytime soon.

Nikki& Mrs Laura , love them!!!!!! This is the best branch I've ever had!!!!! Very fortunate to be so close. This is like a small town bank to me. I LOVE the service. ALL The ladies and gentlemen are all as friendly and helpful. So so sweet and so so good and professional

Went into that this bank to cash 3 checks and they shorted me $30 dollars and when i asked them to verify the amount they said they chchard me $10 per chech after they had cash them.. So I talked to Nikki Fizer, the manager, and she insisted i ope up an account with them right after they ripp me off.. Really?!!.. This branch, bank is not one I would recommend at all.
