For your own sake and peace of mind, do NOT go here! They kept trying to charge me for double what I brought them and then they lost one of my shirts. They asked that I give them a couple days, and I did. I called up two weeks later and still they said that they had not begun to look yet. In the end, I only got a check for half of what the shirt was worth and I never got it back. The woman in charge is incredibly rude and the young man that works at the front has no idea what he is doing.DO NOT GO HERE!

This guys are really annoying, I told them to use heavy starch on my cloths regardless the material, and they say okay. Only for them to do as they wish, its the second time they doing this. Never coming here again. They have also burn my cloths when ironing.

Customer service was terrible at pickup! I requested the tags that were removed from my garment, Instead of placing them in the bag they were thrown away when cleaned. The young man that was working the desk told me,” I should have read the reviews” when I brought this issue to him. It was so bad that the customer behind me even spoke up and said Wow and was disgusted by his dismissive response. I will never do business with them again because of him.

Do not use this establishment for ANYTHING. I asked them to take a hem out and they put another one in and insisted I pay for it! When I tried to discuss it with the manager, she would not even let me speak. She told me she would keep my draperies rather than discuss the issue. She was so rude. I will never be back. Not worth one star. Worst service ever.

Unfortunately was only able to go there twice and by the second time the lady was trying to charge me when I had already paid the day before with the same cashier thankfully I had my receipt because she was pretty firm on trying to charge me again and not only that I would not recommend taking any garments there because they stained my state working shirts with grease spot looking stains on more than one of my shirts, the service is real expensive for no reason very poor service and will not return and do not recommend to family and friends. The staff there are rude and always look like they’re very stressed. this photo is a photo where we've already tried to remove the spots as you can see they are still visible.

If you have a nice designer dress, they will steal it and keep it for themselves. When I inquired about the missing dress, I was told it was my responsibility since I failed to realize the missing dress was not there when I walked out since I had dropped off several items. Instead of getting an apology or something to remedy the situation. How dare they, it is YOUR (!) responsibility to give me back the pieces I dropped off. So disappointing and frustrating. Be very cautious of this place because the clothes you pay for with your hardworking money you may not ever see again.

Be very careful when dropping off your items and take a picture of what exactly you drop off to them and before you leave, confirm you have those items. I dropped off/picked up about 10 items for dry cleaning before going on vacation and when I returned and looked for the dress, about a month later, my Celine beautiful dress was not there. When I looked at the dry cleaning, a blazer oddly enough had 2 hangers for it. I think somebody may have purposely put the extra hanger so that when it was counted before leaving, I wouldn’t question the count and make it more difficult for me to realize that there was in fact something missing. I asked them about it but they said that that I had picked up everything but if it had gone to somebody else that they would probably return it. Umm, yea right! Very disappointed. That dress cost me a lot of money and it was a beautiful peace I only got to use once!!!!!

Very unprofessional,and not a dry cleaner to take quality clothing too. If you value the condition of your clothes do not Bring them here! Bad customer service. Very D class type of establishment ! Stay Away!!!

This particular Comet Cleaners is absolutely the BEST!! Every employee at this location provides outstanding customer service. I can not speak highly enough about the EXCEPTIONAL job and CARE they provide with my clothes. I've had alterations and just your normal cleaning and I am always pleased. This is a REAL cleaners, with real employees that care and strive to provide OUTSTANDING customer service; and they do just that!! So, look no further and take my word. If I could give no stars I would. I dropped my dress off on Thursday and picked it up on Friday for my event that was to take place on Saturday, when I got to my event and opened the bag, my dress was ruined and the staff did not have the courtesy to let me know that they had not only pressed my print off my dress, but it had black spots and it had holes in it. I was so hurt because someone literally made this for me, and I will only get to wear it one time. Nothing good happens to companies who do this to people, it’s so disrespectful and I was charged for them messing up my dress. Shame on whoever did this and did not tell me.

Horrible experience. My first time here was a nightmare. Argumentative and unaccommodating staff. Had a 30 min argument over a gap in communication... my ticket read that my clothes would be ready the following business day at 5. I called to advise I needed it sooner than that and was told there was no issue in getting it done. That was at 10 am.... at 4:30 pm I received a call that my clothes weren’t going to be ready... long story short... after she almost refused to release my clothes I had to sort through the laundry to pick out my items and leave.... I WILL NEVER step foot back into this establishment.. I was told I should have known better, being a first time customer I asked how could I have known if I had not been there... and they clearly have a sign that says 1 hr dry cleaning ... so why wasn’t that offered... NO ACCOUNTABILITY what so ever. I will take my business elsewhere and I did
