They are no longer the people’s bank of St.Louis MO. region . The former local institution has been taken over by corporate interests who have little to no regard for YOU. Disinvest asap. ALL (and I truly mean ALL) of their amenities are specifically designed to completely screw anyone who doesn’t invest gobs of $$,$$$,$$$ in them. Your best interest isn’t theirs.

Stay away from Commerce Bank! I chose not to pay in auto-pay! Now since ,they did not send the bill in mail! I was late! Its my choice! So now I have to use my One courtesy for the rest of the year! This is how they make their money! A bunch of bull scams . Please stay away from Commerce Bank! They will get you in the end!

Thanks for destroying my credit. There’s no way to setup autopay on the app, no possible way to redeem points, and the worst part is you keep lowering my credit limit every time I pay off more on my card. I have many cards and you’re the only bank that does this. Unbelievable

I called to make a payment on my credit card. The automated system is a joke. After speaking to the
rudest customer service representative that I have
ever spoken with in my life, I tried again to use the
automated system. I can not wait to get this card
paid off so I will never have to deal with this bank
again.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!! If you get locked out of your online account you have to drive to the bank to unlock it! I am just trying to pay my card and have been on the phone for around 2 hours now. 6 different people. This is insane.

The low reviews of this location are justified. I had Amanda as a teller and she lacks customer service and she was rude and abrasive. I hope she receives coaching. I ended my relationship with the bank and I will never do business with them again.

Spent 30 mins driving to downtown and finding parking only to see that the office was closed during business hours as listed on their website and Google Maps. No hours posted on their door either. Phone number only goes straight to voicemail.

We have a motorcycle loan with this bank. I have been so disgusted with this bank that I am concentrating all my available funds to pay-off this loan.They charge a fee to make an online payment unless the payment is initiated from a Commerce Bank account.I received multiple notices requiring proof of insurance with the threat of the purchase of a third party insurance coverage at a ludicrous price. I submitted the requested information no less than 3 times and my insurance company submitted it twice before they acknowledged receipt.I will NEVER use Commerce Bank for ANY of my banking needs in the future!!!!

I really liked this card until I didn't receive an item I purchased. I disputed the transaction in March, this is the middle of June?! I contacted countless times they deploy misdirection, excuses and lies to blow you off. Like a ma and pa shop that cares little for protecting their customers from fraud. They have quickly become the absolute worst card in my wallet! Still no resolution. Shameful.
