Used their facility for a drug screening for my employer. The first half is a breathalyzer and the Concentra representative, Ricardo, was clearly disappointed when my result read 0:00, indicating no alcohol. His comment was, I have gone several days without someone having alcohol in their system. He mumbled, I’m not going to make more quota or goal. He then said, “we still have a chance”, as he started the urinalysis portion of the testing. He also said that he made similar statements to a recent person in for testing and that individual asked him, “are you trying to make me lose my job”? Ricardo just shrugged as he looked at me.
It is disgusting to have someone administering these tests who is not completely neutral about the results. He gave the impression that he is incentivized by positive results, calling into question the validity of the results.

My experience was seamless. An Bri was well informed when I asked questions about the hearing test. The MD was quick to observe me. Overall a great experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but three hours for a DOT physical was just brutal.

I have had my CDL since I was 19 yrs old been driving since then and had multiple DOT physicals and never failed one. Today this mean unprofessional so called Dr. Sukanya Ambavaram just looking for a reason to be mean tells me that a medication I have been taking for years prescribed by my doctor, she can’t pass my DOT. So this means one of two things either all the other doctors that have passed my DOT physicals have been wrong for doing so or either this doctor is wrong for not passing me. Im filing a formal complaint against her with state board. Then on top of everything else she goes “Im only going to pass you for months because you need to get a sleep study. I have never had DOT doctor tell me that either. She is intentionally trying to make it hard for me to start work to provide for my family. See the difference is Im sure she has done this to others. I refuse to not fight back legally! I even called my primary doctor who agreed that this Dr. Ambavaram is being petty. My Dr. said “ Your not taking a controlled substance, there should be no reason you can’t pass a DOT physical. She apologized and said she wished I got a different provider. She to advised me to file a formal complaint because no telling who many other people she was doing this to. The sad part is she made the comment “Greyhound wants us to weed out obese drivers.” I have had a double mastectomy and hysterectomy, not by choice. Since my surgeries I have struggled with my weight. My frickin harmones gone, what does she expect . I have reported this to employer and medical board of Texas. Also found another review this doctor did the same thing to someone else. I will share a photo of that review as well. I’m a single widow trying to take care of her family and to be treated like this is horrible.

The staff is slow unhelpful and unprofessional. I came in at 10 for lift test didn’t get it done until 3. All they did was lie and DoorDash food all day. I go to the front desk and ask the girl about my lift test she send me to a totally different floor knowing that was the floor I was supposed to be on to top it off when I showed back up with my paperwork and the other nurse she had this dumbfounded look on her face.

The receptionist, Emily, was very pleasant & helpful. The nurses & doctors are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, all, for helping me with my pre-employment physical & UA. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location.

They say the prioritize appointments. But I’ve been here for an hour waiting for (what I was told was an 11p appt only to find out it’s an 1130 appt). Even with me being here early, and three minutes prior to my appointment, there have been multiple walk-ins over the last ten minutes who have been called back before me. They don’t prioritize appointments. I would have already been seen if I was a walk-in today. This is awful.
Edit at 1210: Forty minutes past my appointment time and I still haven’t been seen. VS completed. It’s wild to wait for 2 hours for an appointment here. I should just ask if I can be a walk-in instead. This is ridiculous.

I was treated by Ambavaram. Sukanya was very rude to me. She didn't prescribe anything for what I was telling her I had and simply told me that if I didn't like it, I should go to another doctor who didn't have time for me. I truly think this is disrespectful and terrible care.
