  Excellent experience, great customer service front desk lady was very professional and patient even when under pressure. I especially would like to give Paul a 10 out of 10 excellent nurse with great nursing skills and soft skills. I am a hard stick for blood draws and he was successful on first try, rarely does this happen. Great nurse with excellent nursing skills. Thank you!! 😁

  Front desk and PAs were great and friendly. Dr. Fernando Hernandez told me via phone that he forgot to submit a culture after taking my sample. Had to go to ER two days later because I was resistant to the antibiotics he prescribed. Wish I could have known that with the culture sample he never submitted. Would have saved me a world of hurt and a trip to the ER.

  The staff here is amazing, and that truly makes all the difference. The receptionist team is so friendly and competent, Dr. Hernandez is quick and professional with a laid-back vibe, and the PT team is patient and caring. Truly a great location.

  I recently went in for an Employment Drug Screen. All the staff were friendly. The receptionist was able to get me in and out in a very timely manner. I would recommend Concentra to everyone looking for a urgent care facility.

  The wait for a physical was from 835am and I departed around 1130ish am. Stacy was superb and the rest of the staff was great as well. The chairs were filthy. Please shampoo them or get new non cloth seats.

  I went in for a prescreen and it was clean, fast pace, and friendly. Staff was very patience knowing it took me 3 tries before I had enough to complete it.
  
  Make sure to come with a full bladder!! My entire time was longer bc of me.

  Forced to deal with them because my employers‘s decision hands-down one of the worst urgent care center I’ve ever been to. let me elaborate, the staff was very passive and not attentive, all but one of the nurses I felt cared about anything going on. The doctor I saw was dry, I guess he has to deal with people all day but that doesn’t give you a pass you’re literally why the industry called health care. The waiting rooms have a funky smell, locked restrooms for God knows what reason in the safest part of Dallas, the lack of communication should be studied. I came back 2 separate occasions after initial visit both times I waited 2 hours both times for them to turn me away. Get your staff to transmit information and relay with other parties involved more efficiently. Do better. Jesus. Christ!

  It was a great experience and the staff was amazing and very professional. I didn’t have to wait long and when I needed help filling out my insurance on the tablet your staff was very grateful to help me. And I would like to say kudos to the Doctor Who was an amazing person that did my physical.

Every person I encountered there was smiling & saying hello it was Truly a Breath of Fresh Air. I have visited this Concentra a few times over the years Always Had a Great Experience Please keep up the Wonderful Work Guys!!!!

  The doctor asked to touch my balls to test my physical which although it's a valid test sounds very weird. However other staff were very professional.

  Everyone was awesome there! A person came in with a big laceration before me, so I had to wait a little longer. I gladfully waited because they were so nice! Got cleared for my new promptly, and all is good with my health!🤠
