This was the WORSE experience I've ever had! The front staff was okay but Dr. Neha P Ghael D.O. was horrible! She was rude, obviously no good at speaking with people. She qeastioned me as if I was lying about what had happened to me. Tried to twist my words several times. And when she left the room I could here her talking about me ugly to some one. My work sent me there cause I ingested harmful chemicals and she acted as if it was no big deal, although I was so sick. She had no compassion and obviously was not concerned what so ever. I would not tell anyone I'll to go there and chance being seen or treated by her.

The front and back staff were very professional, helpful and respectful! They processed me in quickly and informed me of next steps throughout the entire process. The facility appeared organized and clean!

The staff was helpful and professional. There were a few people waiting before me, but I was still in and out quicker than I thought I would. They make it a not so bad experience, because nobody really like going to any medical buildings.
