This was by far the best Concentra that I have visited. Every Staff Member that I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and willing to help from the moment I checked until I completed my physical and departed. I was completely shocked and I literally had to complement the staff during my checkout because I have visited many Concentra’s as an OTR Truck Driver, and I have never been treated so well…. This by far is the best location. ???? ???

This is a terrible location/business. My husband had a car crash while at work. We were referred to this place by his employer (workers comp involved) 1st visit was two weeks ago the PA that saw my husband was not very nice did not order any X-rays and seem to be very bother by my husband speaking Spanish made my husband very uncomfortable. The PA was even bother by the fact that my husband had seen an orthopedic doctor prior to being referred to Concentra. I went with him to his second visit which was yesterday to try and help with translation services. The front desk let me know that they had to verify with the doctor first if I was allowed back there. Doctor said NO, per patient confidentiality I his wife was not allowed in the room with him even after he approved and asked if I could. Anyway, PA was not very nice again and kept interrupting my husband. This was the second visit and still no treatment plan was provided, nor X rays. We are ABSOLUTELY not going back. We went to Nova in Duncanville what a HUGE difference the Doctor was so nice, understanding, did X-rays in first visit and he walked out of the clinic with a treatment plan on hand. What a waste of time!!!!!

Only frustration is if you have an appt, it's usually 15 min after...but otherwise staff is friendly and helpful.

My company called me told me go take a random drug screen. When I got there paperwork was ready I had to do the little phone fill out thing but I was already on file I was in and out with the drug screen in about 25 minutes Great service appreciate it very very much guys

Dont get me wrong the staff is awsome here i typically go early morning ...but as far as doctors to patient no good...i get it they work for the company not for the patient but man please make sure someone is good befor sending them off there way
