Go anywhere else to spend your money. Unless you get lucky and they don’t send criminals that intimidate a female into signing for damaged stuff they just forced thru your door you will be out of luck. I also can promise you conns will respond to this saying “they see they recently spoke to me and addressed my concerns” I can assure you they have not and will not address concerns. They will sell you stuff and be done.

Where do I even start with this company and their customer service. What ever you do run !! do not purchase anything from here . Their customer service is total sleazebucket. I am Super stressed and overwhelmed by how they treated me this last few days. They don't care how your furniture arrives or how late your furniture arrives and yet charge you $200 for delivery for it not to arrive on time. if its damage or not they will just deliver and forget about your call and dodge every call you make with customer service. Bill you with the most insane amount Just for one item and have add on that you never even asked for , plus they wont give you the option since the documents are on a tablet and wont go through if you don't sign. so basically you are force to sign all of them without an explanation or the option to opt out on a certain documents. FYI if you are hard of hearing don't even bother to come because they wont take the time to explain it all. They have no patients at all

When I first walked in a female acted like she was going to bump into me. I told her let me get in the store and look around. When I finally finished looking I met with a different salesperson name R. Williams. She went way above her customer service abilities to ensure that I was able to find everything that I needed. Thank you very much Mrs. Williams for staying until we got my desired items correct and ready for delivery.

Was able to apply online for what I needed and went in to see it in person. Rachel is the nicest person in my world. I wasn't feeling well and started to get sick while there. She provided her trash can until I was able to get my own bag out. She gave me something to eat until I felt better. My niece is really pleased with her couches.
