The Sky Lounge is my favorite amenity! Max the owner is the coolest, so thoughtful and kind. I rented the place for my birthday party and we had the best time! Incredible views and amazinggggg cocktails.

Courtland M-line is a fantastic building. Spacious, amazing facilities and the most friendly staff to welcome you and help you with whatever you need. Izaiah on the front desk has been a stand out member who always helps me regarding packages , maintenance and just a very friendly and welcoming face. Highly recommend checking out this building.

Every time I visit this apartment complex, I'm genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly, professional, and helpful. The concierge team in particular stands out, they’re attentive and make every visit feel like a luxury experience. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape.

Wonderful property management (Olivia) and maintenance team (Javier), unbeatable views and incredible amenities. The private and professionally staffed rooftop bar is the best thing in town!!!
We just renewed our lease since we believe this is the best location in Dallas: the building is walking distance to Whole Foods, pharmacies and many good restaurants/bars. West village is a short 2-min walk where you’ll find anything you need. You also have an easy access to the Katy Trail which leads you to either Knox or the American Airline Center.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Dallas!

Touring at Cortland M-line was a delight. The spacious apartments are well-designed, and the management team is friendly. The community is peaceful and I appreciate the convenient location Overall, I loved the building and will definitely be calling this place home!
